Manga: Sora no Yousei
Both of these manga involve fairies being treated badly due to them being magical creatures, and a strong-willed female lead that wishes for humans to live alongside faeries in peace.

Both are inspired by fairy tales, and both have really nice elegeant art too look at as well as great character designs too and also both are easily completed in a single sit through as well too.

Manga: Hakushaku to Yousei
The stories involve headstrong young girls trying to make their way in life with a world of fairies. While in HtY the lead wants to become a fairy doctor in Sugar Apple Fairy Tale the lead desires to make sweets both humans and fairies can enjoy. Through their journeys they do things other people do not understand because either those do not believe in fairies or treat fairies as slaves. But despite that the girls still want to help others.
