A guy dating multiple girlfriends at the same time

The concept of a "fake girlfriend" is used, but that's about it. Nisekoi revolves more about the mystery behind a pendant. There's not really any #-timing, just a love rivalry between childhood fiance, childhood friend, and the "fake" girlfriend

Another "fake" boyfriend manga. Only in Shurabara, there's 3-timing and only 2 out of the 3 girls blackmailed him into it

Mayo Chiki has the Usami arc, which is built on a fake relationship, while in Shurabara the MC, who wants a real girlfriend, has three girlfriends that are all initially fake. Of course, fake relationships can lead to real feelings eventually.

Both Manga involves romance and a harem and well shurabara is more of a slice of life and Maou na Ore to Fushihime no Yubiwa has more to do with demons.
