Manga: Katajikenai
Both are manga by Keiichi Koike, so they share many elements. First off, the art style is trippy and metaphorical: these manga do not have much dialogue, since they rely on visual imagery. The manga do not have a clear plot, instead, they have dream-like moments which blur the line between reality and imagination, making both of them very unique experiences.

Manga: Kono Yo no Owari e no Tabi
Both stories feature a protagonist who goes on a fantastical journey. These manga are both very trippy, and have very bizarre and surreal art. They do not provide much exposition, instead, they focus mostly on imagery and let the readers understand what they want from the story. Since they focus a lot on surrealism and do not follow the normal rules of narration, both manga manage to give a similar vibe, which makes them very similar.
