Both contain main characters who have an unhealthy obsession with something and deals with teenage angst and the difficulty of dealing with life throughout school. They also have superb story-telling and character development.  

The basic premise is the same - a young high school boy is caught by someone doing something perverted, and fear of getting himself exposed forces him to give in to his blackmailer's demands, which usually end up putting him under the spot. However, while Aku No is dark, disturbing and psychological in nature, My Heart is more slice of life that focuses on the troubles of the MC and his new found group of female team members, and how they overcome those teenage struggles of theirs.  

School themed Ecchi Romances that have perverted male leads, who have strange obsessions involving Females. In 'My Heart Is Beating' the MC collects pictures of his Classmates in their Swimsuits, whereas in 'Mukasete! Ryuugasaki-san?' the MC collects the sheddings of his Classmate (she's a Lizardperson) The female leads of both struggle to work out whether the male lead loves them, or are just using them to further his obsession. 

Male character of both works have fetishes involving certain Female clothing items - Tights in 'Arigatights!' and Swimsuits in 'My Heart Is Beating.' The Male character in both struggle, not only in hiding/keeping their fetishes under control, but also hiding their true feelings from the Girl who wears their desired clothing item. Both are also somewhat light-hearted comedies. 

Both focusing sports (Water Polo) Hantsu in other hand is more ecchi than My Heart Is Beating. 

These two manhwa focus on a type of sport and the where both main characters have to play. My Heart Is Beating focuses on water polo while Girls of the Wild's features competitive fighting. Both main characters have a romance interest (though in Girls of the Wild's it is hinted not fully shown). Art work in both are done very well and the plot is enjoyable. The backgrounds of the MC(s) and various other characters are also interesting too. 

Both main characters have some unhealthy obsessions. In "Rika" the main character likes looking at his younger sister undressing in morning. In "My Heart is Beating" the main character is obsessed with swimsuits. Both obsessions are portrayed negatively and the main characters try to hide them from theit parents.  

Another story by the same author that brights light into another problem in korean society. A masterpiece at an level which may be equal to Annarasumanara.  

My Heart is Beating is the same exact story accept the characters and some scenes are drawn differently
