Plot from them is equally interesting, though in Kieli, there is a bit romance underlying in it, and different purpose for the goal.

They're both very different; Hana to Akuma was a lot longer, and had more of a "romantic feel", though Kieli was romantic, too... But they're both about two young girls who are in love/dependent on an older male who never dies. Though H to A had a much sadder ending, they're both very bittersweet.

Both manga have humans that cannot die. They are wanted in Society and if you happen to find one, you can get a reward.

Both stories happen around kids who live in a church, and they deal with the supernatural (ghosts, undying in Kieli and demons, spirits in Hakkenden). Also both Kieli and Shino looked very similar to me while I was reading these mangas.

Both mangas deal with genetic modifications in humans. Although Ilegenes is more focused on cloning, while Kieli is actually a modification in the human body, both still deal with people being against this kind of research.

both have immortal males and strong girls that end up following them on journeys. both are romantic and both are pretty darn good.

Although there´s a difference between seeing ghosts and spirits, the mains in both manga chose to interact with them in the same way; that is, by listening and caring for them. Their experiences with the supernatural are very important because it helps them to go on. If you read and liked any of theese I highly recommend you to try the other one

Kinda of similar. Both are supernatural, the female leads can see spiritual things, and the male leads have a unique life force per say. If you like one you will most probably like the other. Kieli only has two volumes, but they are adapted from 9 novels.

In both manga the protagonist has the ability of seeing dead people and is considered an outcast and a weirdo because of that.

These manga are very similar for structure: both are short (2 volumes only), have a mix of shoujo & shounen elements (subtle romance & pretty art + drama, action, mild violence), and both are quick, pleasant reads (Kylie has a more satisfying ending than C-Blossom, though). The basic plots are also similar: in both the main girl, a rather normal student with no friends and who lives an unhappy life due to a tragedy, suddenly meets a mysterious, handsome guy, who becomes both her protector and adventure companion. More similarities: both manga are based on novels (or, more precisely, both are born from a collaboration of the  read more

The character interaction between Harvey and Kieli remind's me a lot of what you see from Alzeid and Rahzel, so i'm pretty certain if you enjoyed one of the them, you'll enjoy the other.
