Manga: Isshuukan Friends.
Seinen romance where female lead suffers from daily/weekly memory loss. Both female characters must maintain a diary in order to chronicle their life and personal relationships.

Manga: Nagi no Asu kara
They are similar romantic drama stories with some slice of life elements. Both of them have very different (less vivid) art styles than their anime adaptations. They also both have a little more comedy than their anime adaptations.

Manga: Chikan Otoko
Both include about love triangles though Ef focuses on several other relationships as well. The settings are a bit different since in Ef the characters are in high school while in Chikan Otoko they go to a university. But in both, the main male character lives alone and is taken care of by the girls he meets, and without them he would be helpless.
