Manga: Samejima-kun to Sasahara-kun
In both mangas the guys start out as co-workers, so the context is similar. Conveni-kun is a little more dramatic and has a sweet streak, Samejima-kun to Sasahara-kun is completely hilarious.

Manga: Doushitemo Furetakunai
On Shima's first day at a new company he meets a drunken man in the elevator. It turns out this is his new boss, Togawa. He's rude and crass, but has a kind underside. This manga has a similar domestic setting. The characters each have some emotional damage, but have their charm. Art is different from the usual yaoi, but very good. It's pretty short, but is worth a read.

Manga: Lovers♥Doll
After you read these mangas you get an awfully cute feeling in your stomach (and you may even shed some tears). They're so sugar cute both of them! :3 Shimeji-chan (Lovers Doll) and Hiroshi-kun (Konbini-kun) are both beginners at love because of a trauma(s) from past that keep them from opening themselves to others. The knights in shining armour, who save Shimeji-chan and Hiroshi-kun from their past and accepts them for who they are and thus helps them move forward, are Shin-san (Lovers Doll) and Kōhei-kun (Konbini-kun)!
