Manga: Basara
A legendary warrior. Forbidden love. These 2 tittles are scareily similar. The art is also fairly similar. I believe that if you loved one, you'd love the other....

Manga: Sora wa Akai Kawa no Hotori
Innocent yet strong and capable girl gets thrown into one bad situation after another. Both protagonists fall in love with a man of nobility. The difference is that Red River has no gender-bender and Legend of Nereid no time-travel. Furthermore, Legend of Nereid is a manhwa. But mostly, if you enjoyed Red River (like I did) you should also enjoy Legend of Nereid.

A powerful man falls in love with the girl whom he has to kill. Both girls love the ocean and have good fighting skills, they are no ordinary maidens.

Both manhwas are from the same author. Both are historical and romantic and both take place in a medieval setting.

Manga: Rure
They both have a similar feel and are fun to read. They have elements of romance and comedy. Suspense is well-built and there is a little bit of drama too. Honestly, I like them both and I can't decide which one of them is better.

Manga: Crystal☆Dragon
If you like one I think you will like the other. Both titles have similar antagonists I think the one in Crystal Dragon is a lot more evil. Both main characters are girls and in both there is somewhat of a love story. Alian from Crystal Dragon has more guys falling in love with here. Both main characters are being hunted down by the bad guy who want them dead (Alian is also being hunted down because one of the villains finds her interesting).

Manga: Saver
Epic/historical-ish stories where the female lead is chosen by a prophecy, thrown into battle and forced to dress as a man to survive. Though Matia (LofN character) is weaker and more peace-seeking than Lana (Saver character)

Manga: Threads of Time
These two Manhwa's are similar for several reasons. Legend of Nereid, and almost the whole story from Threads of Time are placed in a society or a cultural setting from roughly 1 millenium ago. Eventually you could say both of the stories are about a normal teenager that excels in armed combat practice, who later on will be dragged down to the battlefield.

Manga: Olimpos
Both take place in ancient Greece. Olimpos is focused on gods and has better art while Legend of the Nereid has better developed story.
