Recommendations

Both mangas involve extraordinary, capable men. Uke and seme are very different people, but oddly compatible.

They are written by the same person. They both involve the Yakuza. Although in Beast and Feast the Uke is a Police Officer; and in Heart Strings, the Uke is a Host. They are both really good, if you like one, I'm sure you will like the other.

Both mangas feature yakuza themes. There are also some similarities between the interactions of the partners in these mangas, such as jealousy and worrying when the other guy is away.

They both involve the yakuza...

Both uke and seme live drastically different lives and must learn to give-and-take as a true couple. In both mangas, the uke is kidnapped and consequently saved by the seme.

Both ukes are kidnapped. However, in B&F the seme is a yakuza while uke is detective. In T-R seme is yakuza and uke is a kick-ass fight, stronger than seme actually--however, he's not a yakuza. Personally, I find T-R to be better; however, both of them are AMAZING. Just read them both.

Both are BL stories in which the main heroes are a policeman and a member of the yakuza.

Both are by the same author; very similar art and designs, more detail with less chibis and comical characters. Both are romances around crime/police/yakuza. Both have very nice "together" scenes and love declarations between the characters with less sex-filled nonsense.

Similar in the aspect that both couples are constantly trying to protect their significant other. In KO, uke is bodyguard for seme, but is still saved from danger, and vice-versa. Though, in B&F it is the seme that does much more of the protecting/saving. Uke keeps getting kidnapped. Though, even so, he's not necessarily weak. He's a detective, and doesn't look girly or weak or anything. He just gets taken easily because of his small stature. Both are great series.

It's the relationship between couples from different world of professions and their struggles in their hidden relationship that makes both these manga similar. (Plus with stoic ukes)
