7.4/10
I’ll try to keep this review short, since this is just a “cute manga,” and it doesn’t expand much from it — every development is one of the two: wholesome or embarrassing.
Let’s be real, if this was 20% high school boy, hormones raging, accurate, then the whole tone for this story would be drastically different, but it isn’t for the better, since the premise is just plain and cute.
The plot and characters are all negligible — they don’t have close to as much depth as you’d want in a story, and there’s tons of cliches and stereotypes from a typical “cute manga,” but it’s still
...
surprisingly enjoyable.
So what if this premise has been done before; so what if this doesn’t have the most unique plot line or characters; so what if this isn’t close to being realistic; this is a manga for f*cks’s sake, and it is a very cute one at that. I NEVER read female lead mangas, but I guess this has melted my “masculine” heart.
You guys know this is just my opinion, right?
