Synopsis

The virtual video site "Uramin TV," a popular channel with more than three million registered users, distributes videos in which punishments are meted out to evil people. The "Uramin" who runs the site, Minori Yoshiura, has a rabid following, but the fact of the matter is she became a recluse after suffering gruesome bullying in elementary school. She vows to take revenge on perpetrators of bullying and broadcasts live-broadcast revenge videos. Her first target is Kyouka Takemiya, the ringleader of the bullies, who is living a carefree life despite having thrust Yoshiura into the depths of hell!! She is going to obliterate that woman from society!
