Other than the character design, which is truly the actual selling point of this or any other similarly inspired and made piece of crap, everything else in this thing, is completely bland. The plot is about as stable as a flaccid penis, starting with a fake premise of a distant brother and sister getting to respect and love each other like any family should, only to dive into the lousily explored aspects of drama, tsundereism and fanservice.

Hardly a seinen, hardly a serious plot to begin with, hardly worthy of so much reading.

The art is a downright disaster, cute characters aside, because there isn't any.

This isn't exactly the best story. The synopsis gives you false hope that two siblings grow together to love each other and respect one another through some hentai-ish content that the sister is obsessed with. Yet you're sort of toyed with, when the author introduces this sort of strange sexual undertone between the siblings, that doesn't grow into anything, but is still present throughout the manga. There are parts that are downright kind of boring, and to be honest, I finished the manga cause I knew it was only 26 chapters and I can just power through it quickly when I was bored.

The art isn't ...

Manga Started with a Good plot but the story ending is terrible and unjustifiable if they were just liking each other and they should end the story before high hopes and it feels they made extreme case love and then said it is not possible ruined everything and the publisher and author were not powerful to take on controversy as well as give a different and happy ending to the reader, the whole reason people had read the manga for juicy feeling and impossible things to happen but it has a sad ending. DESTROYED THEIR OWN STORYLINE
Characters- Were Good at the middle story but ...

Before anything else, let me say this: there is no reason you should ever read this, it is a straight downgrade from the anime, so either watch that or read the novels, both contain more details than this manga.

The only thing that pushed me to read this was its sequel which stars a more likeable protagonist and a less annoying story, i thought reading the manga would give me a smoother transition into it, but it really wasn't, the 2 stories don't tie very well and you will understand more about what is going on by watching/reading the other 2 versions like stated at the ...

tl;dr: A solid start to a story, though to be clear it’s just a start that doesn’t work as a standalone story at all.

I should note that I have seen the Oreimo anime, though I haven’t read the light novels as they aren’t in English. With that in mind, firstly I want to state that this manga in and of itself is simply too short to actually capture the story properly. It essentially only adapts the first two arcs which the anime does in the first five episodes at a decent pace so this manga doesn’t even manage to adapt half a season’s worth of ...
