Both series have misunderstood male protagonists who are labeled as demon lords, and as such are feared by the world as the epitome of evil and destruction, despite reality being the contrary. These protagonists, namely Exoda from Shina Dark and Akuto from Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou, are both considerably powerful, yet they choose to be peaceful and harbor only good intentions. These two series feature and introduce much more female characters than males, and both contain some ecchi content. Android-like characters also appear as supporting characters in both series. The main character is a demon lord but he doesn't attack people as a real demon lord. He does get into 1 or more fights but tries to end things peacefully.

Not only do they share a common length in titles... But in both there are these two normal guys, but later they both find out that they are both destined for something great in Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou; to become a Demon King and destroy the world, In Watashi no messiah-sama he finds out he's suppose to be the Messiah and save a world; I recommend both manga they're both great

both main character are demons who are hated around the world as something evil because they rebel against the church/god. But in reality they are both good person who are actually trying fight for the world even if it means being hated by the entire world.
