Manga: Haru no Arashi to Monster
Delinquent bad boy falls for a good girl. Ranko Haruno is a first-year high school girl who lives her life by avoiding involvement with others. Home is the only place where she feels safe. But when her mother remarries, her new step-brother, Kaya Amamine, a junior-high boy, moves in. Kaya is quite a troublemaker who gets into fights and hangs out with a bad crowd. Worried that her quiet life is being threatened, Ranko confronts Kaya.

Manga: Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun
FL is cold, pragmatic, and intellectual. She is completely focused on getting good grades and has poor social skills. Risa is very similar to Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun's FL, Shizuku, in these regards. ML, Zen, is straightforward, pure, and a delinquent who is a very friendly and loyal guy, much like the ML, Haru, from Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun. They're both very sweet, heart-warming stories.

Manga: Boku ni Hana no Melancholy
Good girl falls for delinquent bad boy. They were childhood sweethearts when they were very young (elementary school age), but she had to move away and lost contact. When she meets him again, she still loves him but he's no longer the sweet boy she remembers.

Manga: Kono Oto Tomare!
Delinquent boy x Perfect girl trope. The primary focus in kono oto tomare isn't romance though- it's music (koto). It's one of the best manga to exist because the storytelling is amazing and both mls and fls are written well. Hikaeme is a fuzzy and cute romance story with likeable characters

Manga: Yubisaki to Renren
both very relaxing romace with no pointless stress and misunderstandings both have honest ML who are doting both FL are trying to rely on and communicate with other more in both the relationship and interactions are MUTUAL and not one sided from ML beautiful art to illustrate the joy and calm of falling inlove amazing character design and facial expressions both sterlized by dessert

Manga: Museru kurai no Ai wo Ageru
Romance stories with a shared pairing dynamic of a serious girl and a free spirited guy. The approach to the art style also similar, giving similar reading experience. If you like and is looking for the "fast romance" aspect of one, I would recommend to read the other one for the same reason.
