The only difference is that Dekiai Yakuza ni wa Amayakasarenai!'s ML is a bit.. no, like a lot more has his yandere tendencies. Keiya (Ojou to Banken-kun ML) is more of a gentle-kind yandere (if that makes sense LOL) while Iori (Dekiai Yakuza ni wa Amayakasarenai! ML) is really extreme and looks like (and he will..) kill anyone who shows interest to Riko (FL) ahaha
