- Both girls are into l e w d things. Both are good might as well give each a try. - Different settings and story but both girls are in a high standing in their school.

Both manga focuses on the main female lead having perverted delusions about the more innocent male lead. They both also initially resent the male lead but gradually grow to like them

Has a similar premise with an uptight Student focusing his attention on a more lax student. The actual application of this idea varies wildly with Arakure being much more lewd while Ponkotsu is more wholesome, but they are similar enough that I can see people liking them both
