A manga derailed by its inability to not hit every single cliche in the book of light-fantasy manga.
While definitely far from awful, the yet-another-long-winded-in-name manga commits perhaps the most cardinal sin of them all: it... becomes boring. A lot of what makes the countless trash isekai manga somehow remain profitable and afloat despite the fact that they're awful by every objective metric is the fact that they're usually not that boring to read. This one, despite not being isekai (a breath of fresh air, if I may say so), however, does become just that: boring.

Trying to find a manga that will cause cavities or diabetes???~~ Read this manga now! I was hooked by this manga since finishing the first chapter. The elements of purity, love at first sight, and awkwardness of expressing one’s tenderness are personally a no brainer for me to continue on reading this manga. As of the time I'm writing this, I'm up to date on the English translation of the manga. The manga itself is not super special, it's got an interesting mc, but the world is your standard fantasy setting with the fairly forgettable supporting cast. That being said, the elf makes me want to scream at the top of my lungs with joy every time she appears. Her emotions are told through her ears, and the manga just gets it perfectly. Maou no Ore ga Dorei Elf wo Yome ni Shitanda ga, Dou Medereba Ii? is a pretty fun read. Sure, it isn't anything groundbreaking but I still couldn't stop bingereading it. Basically, the main character, Zagan is former orphan that since then has become a powerful mage. In this world, magicians are considered evil, as they commit immoral things without second thoughts.
