Manga: Goth
There aren't many manga (or stories in general) with psychopaths as leads. Their lack of feeling and/or traces of normality makes it hard for readers to relate, and most authors probably assume MOST manga readers aren't nutjobs. But these two short series differ from the norm. It's arguable that the biggest similarity between the two is obsessive love and murder going hard-in-hand. In Goth it's more a case of wrist-lust than love, really, but it's a fact that both of the female leads find themselves toyed with by dangerous people. Manga: Die
Both of these mangas have a very dark feeling and art style. They both involve a guy who seems normal at first but later on comes of as a complicated character. There is a girl in here who writes letters to the man just before she died.

Manga: Ayeshah's Secret
Both are dark tales of alternative love stories that are charmingly gruesome. and both are made by the same author, Jing Zhang.

Manga: Ana Satsujin
Dark atmosphere that details the abnormal relationship between two post college adults. It is spoileriffic to go into any more detail because Doctor Du Ming thrives on mystery, but know that in both cases, a suicidee and murderer meet and many murders ensue. The tone in Doctor is more melancholic, creepy, and gritty than Ana S.'s funny, slasher horror. Furthermore, Du Ming is seinen with intensely beautiful art, while Ana S. is your average, everyday shonen art.
