Shokuryou Jinrui

If you liked Yakusoku no Neverland because of a world that lies hidden under a seemingly normal daily live where people are eaten by demons and where a government exists who serves demon like entities by experimenting on humans, then Shokuryou Jinrui is your first choice. 
I am really into experiments on humans and the madness that befalls people in strange circumstances, so I liked both mangas quite a lot. But Neverland has more of a fairytale feel to it where Junrui is Sci-Fi horror. I can see why Neverland is more popular with manga fans in general, because the nature of the main protagonists are more cheerful and they are pure hearted children. Junrui on the other hand has more douchebags as protagonists and that’s why it’s maybe not for everyone. Especially that one guy with long hair and glasses... you will see why. Also the story goes somewhere strange at some point and it’s not building up a great folklore, so point goes to Neverland for world building.
As of the style both are very good drawn, but I have to say that Jinrui kept the horror and madness of some situations better. You flip a site and BAM you are looking into some strange eyes that will hunt you at night. Also it is more dynamic from panel to panel.

Both are monster horror stories by the same author duo. If you like one of them you'll surely enjoy the other, because the art is the same and story structure, themes and characters are similar.

Both include human becoming a food source to non human beings 
Both include groups of people trying to escape
Both include humans forced to breed to produce more food for the farms.
Human Ranch is ecchi while Shokuryou Jnrui is not

People are seen as food by grotesque monsters, and they don't hesitate to kill humans in the most cruel way possible.
The survivors try to stay out of the center of attention, because going against them from the front isn't a good idea.
