If you have a liking for comedic school-based situations involving delinquents, then you have to check both of these series out. Not only do they provide really funny moments, but the main characters are pretty badass.
reportRecommended by radiantfire
Both of these titles share a similar aesthetic; particularly in regard to narrative structure and character design. Both are heavily constructed with comedy and action in mind.

Unlikely heroes? Check. Overpowered main character? Check. Buildup to seemingly epic battles which eventually only last one punch? Check.

Shounen series about delinquents and school life. Plenty of comedy and plenty of fights.
reportRecommended by radiantfire
Both of these shounen titles revolve around demon children who have been or is currently being raised by a human parent. Although Beelzebub is more comedic and Ao no Exorcist is more plot heavy, both do feature a lot of action.
reportRecommended by radiantfire
Both start with the main character meeting a baby with strange powers. Also, both start as a comedy manga, but quickly evolve to a more action oriented one.
reportRecommended by CrashRHCP
Both manga are comedies involving students forced to take care of a baby with supernatural powers.
reportRecommended by Torisunanohokori
Both manga is about delinquents and their fights. Both lead characters are unamenable, they are extremely strong. Many side characters are trying to picking fights with them. Other than that some part of the both story's and character's developements are similar too.

For both Beelzebub and Defense Devil, there is a mixture of both fun and action. The main characters from both series are hotheaded and often gets into trouble. However, they do care about their friends and comrades to their fullest. As character relationships go, the main protagonists gets off with a rocky start with the main girl from both series. However, their relationship brightens up more after various incidents. Both series continues plentiful amounts of comedy although Defense Devil takes turn on a more serious side later on.
reportRecommended by Stark700
Both with powerful delinquent main characters, who have to protect something; with supernatural themes of demons, ghost e.t.c.
reportRecommended by covered-in-mist
-Slapstick comedy -Random...like really random -Gradually progress towards more serious plot story. Beelzebub always had a more serious plot to begin with, binbougami ga introduces it slowly. -one's completed, the other isn't -both gets FEELSY at later chapters (T~T)
reportRecommended by manthatwashard
Both are set up in high school and have fighting in school. Also they both have strong fighters with big names and invincible-like protagonists.
reportRecommended by MangoNerd
Both Manga's have the same theme of the MC looking after a Demon Lord. Beelzebub is a lot more developed at the moment. They have the same vibe, and are worth trying out.
reportRecommended by QueueQ
Beelzebub was done by one of the assistants who worked on Psyren. So they both have very similar art work and both give the same sort of feeling in their own different way.

Honestly speaking, if you were to combine Zoro and Luffy into one person (characteristics) you would probably get Oga Tatsumi which is the main character of Beelzebub. Oga's close hand combat will remind you of Luffy's way of fighting and his special rubber attacks for an example the rocket punch later seen. The eyes of seriousness and his attention span is very similar to Zoro's characteristics to the point you'll feel like it's some sort of dejavu. Ah and Zoro's green hair is also applied to the infant. Coincidence? Perhaps. Anyways I highly recommend this to any One Piece lovers. The stories are different however  read more

Demons attaching themselves to humans is the common theme, although one is a shonen battle manga and one is a harem manga.
reportRecommended by AfterGlow
From the same author, both series have very similar main characters. Both mixing supernatural elements, school, and delinquents theme.

You can tag these two publications as being "manly" given their aptitude for brawls and gangs.
reportRecommended by radiantfire
Both feature similar male protagonists who are not only look scary, but are also exceptionally strong.
reportRecommended by radiantfire
Both these shounen titles feature male protagonists with super strength and those that want to fight against them. Expect lots of comedy and action.
reportRecommended by radiantfire
These titles are so incredibly similar. The protagonist is partnered with a childish sidekick, for supernatural reasons they become bonded and find friends / fight evil / fight other similar super-powered duos. The sidekick is also apparently the heir to the throne of the kingdom/world he's from. In both manga, even their powers are similar - lightning. That's not to say these series are bad; in fact, quite the opposite. They just approach the story from slightly different angles. Anyway, they're so similar that if you liked one, you'll probably like the other.

If you seek action, then both The Breaker and Beelzebub should definitely be considered for their similarities in fighting around the school neighborhood. The main characters from both series have a hotblooded attitude and often tries to resolve problems with violence. However, they are also caring about their family and friends. Throughout both series, they make new friends but also powerful foes that tests their abilities. There is decent amount of drama and comedy. The Breaker has a more serious tone and more violence along with romance while Beelzebub maintains mostly a lighthearted tone. However, both series has a sense of fighting spirit involving its story.
reportRecommended by Stark700
Beelzebub's and Air Gear's main characters are somewhat identical - badass strength driven idiots :) Also they look similar. Humor is also kinda rude (piss included). Both got beautiful art.
reportRecommended by edwassas
Both are about High School Freshmen being strong and fighting but Beelzebub involves a lot around demons, change guy doesn't at all. Change Guy switches bodies and Beelzebub gets a baby with Demon Power Both mangas have their protagonist "duke it out" with other people who are stronger than they are
reportRecommended by JFizzy
Beelzebub and Boku no Hero Academia follows many standard battle shounen mechanics that includes super powers and characterization. The main male protagonist has a hotblooded personality but also a kind heart. While their settings aren't alike, both series does introduce many characters (friends and rivals) from a school/academy setting. As the series progresses, we also learn more about characters' backgrounds including their past, purpose, and roles that become pivotal to the story.
reportRecommended by Stark700
Medaka Box is pretty much as random as Beelzebub, there isn't really much backbone stories or none at all in both of them,so they pretty much the same. The only different is that Medaka Box throw lot of random stories in it,and is pretty ecchi, while Beelzebub throw the same thing, but is comical in most of it stories.  read more

Both have the protagonist that forced to be responsible to devil. at first the story was to be get out from involved with devil ( kaminomi was getting girls, Beelzebub was search for someone strong ! ) then the story became more interesting. and both have a girl to support the protagonist.

Beelzebub is fighting manga, with the main character a very strong gang, rebel type person. Very funny and hilarious, just like Oresama Teacher.
reportRecommended by moonmommy5
Shounen comedy series that take place in a school setting, with hints of romantic relationships between main pairings. Beelzebub and Baka to Test can also evoke hot-blooded shounen feels within readers. The main focus is on bonds of friendship, and youth.
reportRecommended by bunny1ov3r
They're both shonens that love lampshading the fact that they're shonen and their ridiculousness in general.
reportRecommended by NeoRinTinTin
Both main characters look alike. Both are the evilest guy there could be on earth. Beelzebub is comedy when Shimauma is horror, though .
reportRecommended by Piramyd
Both stories centered about delinquent fights, But without demons. and the comedy is too similar as well, But the art is not similar because beelzebub is manga and TSSB is manhwa.
reportRecommended by priden
both main character have to adopt supernatural being (hinamatsuri: psychic, beelzebub: devil king's son) they bring troubles to the main character, but they still love them and they get along better as the story progresses

delinquent school with people wanting to start fights every second. Similarities -Loads of bad guys -Male MC -Badass asskicking women -Dilenquents Differences -Baby demon -Powers -Strong MC/s

1. Air-head delinquent protagonist that is tough as nails and heavily drawn to fights (using mainly his fists). 2. Demon topic (in Ayashimon centered more around youkai). 3. Parody Shounen Jump manga and break the fourth wall often. 4. Both feature a stone cold woman as a companion that knows everything about the world and guides the protagonist, all while having a purpose of her own (+both are demons).
reportRecommended by BustedBayou
If you like silly family shenanigans with the most unlikely cast of characters this is perfect! Sprinkle in a bit of action as well!
reportRecommended by MuMu_anime
Both main characters, Mash and Tatsumi, do not recognise their strength and influence on people. They're pretty dumb outside of fighting and are respected and misunderstood by a lot of people which gets them into a lot of fights. They both attract the attention of their enemies who become friends or strange people who become close to the main character. Mash and Tastumi are unconsciously willing to do anything for their friends and put others in front of themselves. Both mangas have a strong main character with interesting side characters which makes them incredibly funny! I would recommend both mangas to anyone who enjoys a  read more

Both of them focus on yokai as their lead characters. The art style in both of these mangaseries are really good especially the battle scenes. If you like the later arcs of beelzebub you wil like this to.

Similiar comedy styles, and both have ridiculous themes in a school setting.

Beelzebub and Code:breaker are similar in the fact that they both have OP protagonists and most prominently, demons. They both have characters that use the power of Satan, Lucifer, Beelzebub, Mammon etc. They are both action shounen with lots of comedy.
reportRecommended by JhonMcain
Both Manga have delinquents as the main characters that are involved with something about the world or Universe: Beelzebub: Oga has to "Destroy the world" with Beelzebub and Friends (I guess you can call them) Guren 5: MC has to save the Universe (with companions/friends)
reportRecommended by iirabbiit
While following a different set of principles and premise, both series has an innate similar feeling when it comes to the style of their story. Both series' main male protagonist has a hotblooded personality and is always eager to take on any challenge. Their relationship with others offers a wide variety of emotions with other characters. There is the concept of 'battles' that takes place throughout both series' story although portrayed different. For Beelzebub, they involve action with shounen gimmicks at school. For Shokugeki no Souma, it revolves around food competitions satirized by clever ideas.
reportRecommended by Stark700
A ruffian (delinquent/magian) suddenly starts taking care of a baby, comedy ensues. Difference is that in Beelzebub the baby is of supernatural origin.
reportRecommended by abystoma2
Both supernatural shounen manga with tough but laid-back delinquent heroes, involved with demons and hell, and a few big-breasted girls thrown in.
reportRecommended by noirgrimoir
Sebastian VS Hildegard. Demon butler VS Demon maid. Both mangas have a sense of humor you won't forget.
reportRecommended by Lomi
someone is suddenly stuck with raising a baby in sensei no susume the baby is made by an angel and in beelzebub the baby is a cute devil baby
reportRecommended by uajjgirl
Both of the manga have a similar sort of mood. Easy going, lots of comedy (not too exaggerated), superpowers, and lots of action. But Magi is a lot deeper. :]
reportRecommended by Maannigmae
Both started with a top notch deliquent and having to live their lives with one person attached to them. Midori no Hibi progresses with everyone changing for the better, more on slice of life and comedy than action. Beelzebub more on action and drama, but has comedy as well.
reportRecommended by Dunkjoe
High school adventures with ridiculously overpowered main characters who are as daft as they are strong both of which are accompanied by a "sane" normal character who is sucked into the insanity. Hilarity ensues.
reportRecommended by AfterGlow
On the surface, these two titles are nothing alike, however, they are both hilarious martial arts manga centered around a ridiculously overpowered main character. They both employ their own unique styles of humor while mixing gag fights with serious battles while keeping the comedy intact, but if your main draw in AIKI was the ecchi; don't bother with Beelzebub.
reportRecommended by AfterGlow
Both are very similiar because both main characters have to raise a Devil child. Beelzebub is just like a shounen version of Chibi Devil.
reportRecommended by MoonLite88
Similarities include: a varied cast that allows for comic, romantic, and combat elements to transpire in the narrative; elements of sci-fi/fantasy intertwined in its seemingly slice-of-life style; and a prevalent sense of comradery amongst a group of friends.
reportRecommended by radiantfire
You find yourself rooting for the main guy in both of these. They're both tough fighters, (though Mitsuhashi of Kyou Kara Ore Wa fights dirtier/is more desperate). Their reactions to situations is comical in that is shows both have warped sense. Both are bad guys who are quite 'evil' but 'nice' so you find yourself rooting for them and laughing as they pummel others.
reportRecommended by amabebe
Fighting shonens with plenty of comedy. Dragon Ball is referenced in one of the chapters of Beelzebub.
reportRecommended by AfterGlow
Both mangas have a lot of fighting over some territory or position. Very delinquent-esque, but also with lots of side character comedy, light moments, superhuman abilities and so on. If you like one you will likely like the other.
reportRecommended by Dunkjoe
Two very good manga on school and delinquent and supernatural!
reportRecommended by mastertek
Both of these manga revolve around a young delinquent and as the story progresses, both end up gaining more and more gang members slowly, as of course, they prove their worth against a 'rival' of some sorts because of their reputation. What sets them apart is that Beelzebub is a shounen about young Oda babysitting the demon kings son, so is rather supernatural based, where as Gang King is a seinen about a wannabe tattoo artist but it shares the same rather crude humour.
reportRecommended by JaeBeanie
Despite taking place in different settings, Beelzebub and Toriko are two series that presents their action in an interactive way. The main male protagonist from both series are tough and is never afraid to back down from a challenge. Their interactions with various characters brings the best out of them. Comedy is also present throughout both series with colorful dialogues. At the same time, there are also mysteries regarding a separate world that exist in both series. And throughout the course of their perspective stories, Beelzebub and Toriko stay true to their premise to explore all its potentials.
reportRecommended by Stark700
Despite the different premises, Beelzebub and Taboo-Tattoo follows a similar trend involving their stories. The main male protagonist is driven to protect others and his life changes one day after a faithful event. Throughout both series, there are consequences that he must deal with with his newfound abilities. Both series also focuses on interpersonal levels when it comes to relationship building. Beelzebub has more comedy while Taboo-Tattoo follows a more mature story though.

Beelzebub and Hataraku Maou-sama! are known for their comedy gags and action that takes place in a modern life setting. Both series' main protagonists has unique origins that grants them ability to fight against their rivals. At the same time, we see their relationship development with various others, especially with the main female character. They are about a supernatural kid coming to real world and a guy who has to take care of the kid alongside a girl, with their consequent misunderstandings.
reportRecommended by BlindNoldor
Both involve a high school kid getting forcibly binded with a supernatural being. While Maga-Tsuki is more revolved around romance and ecchi. Beelzebub is more action and comedy.
reportRecommended by Explicitz
Both manga have the male protagonist contracting with devils, forced to live with beautiful demons, school life drama, and humour. Beelzebub is a little more of a gag battle manga whereas Hakoiri Devil Princess is more of romcom. But I think that if you enjoy one you'll enjoy the other.
reportRecommended by danm
both featured a tough guy who meets girl from another world and after that gets a supernatural powers. through the story he meets a new friends which also very similar like horny lion or a shy girl who love the main character. sometimes even story will make you say "wow! this is just like Bleach! :D" but with all this similarities Beelzebub feels more like a comedy then a fighting manga.
reportRecommended by NoBleachNoLife
although the plot and era is totaly different they both have main characters who are more-or-less evil and express it in a fun/unusually way but when the get serious are invincible. they also both have links to demons and hell but in different ways. if you like one you may like the other.
reportRecommended by sk8late
Both humorous stories with hell, demons, contracts and the humans who don't know what the heck is going on.

Beelzebub and Girls of the Wild's involve a lot of action as their general setting takes place in a school setting with delinquents looking for trouble. The main male protagonist gets involved with various characters throughout both series that often leads to conflicts and fighting. As the series progresses, they adapt and gain new techniques to aid them in fighting. Beelzebub is noticeable for supernatural themes while Girls of the Wild's has more romance development. Recommended for readers seeking for action and well balanced comedy.
