| Still not really sure if I like this series. Why were their rooms completely covered in blood, though? It's not like anyone was killed in those rooms - and the blood didn't really serve a purpose of distracting them from the fact that the negatives were stolen, either, so... Yeah. Weird. The taxi driver was awesome. How do you get a taxi off of the top of a building? Hmm. A crane, I suppose? XD |
| I still have no idea wtf is going on, but I like it!! Why did I not watch this show when it premiered? Oh that's right had to wait for Sentai's crappy dub! Actually I have to give it to Sentai on this one. I usually am not a huge fan of their dubs, but this one is actually pretty good. The only voice I don't like is Alphard, but the rest are great. This show is everything I want...Badass chix with guns!!! And big bouncy Manju Titties!! LMAO!! May have to buy this one, watching on TAN now. Have to check to see if Sentai released this on BD as well. Urahara Out!! Edit: Yea they did release a BD set for this, now I want it, but I can't decide if I wanna put this on-hold and buy it. Or watch it first and decide from there. Decisions decisions. |

| I really liked taxi chase part, than that scene with that old guy and his knifes in his hands. That restourant part was pretty funny. I like how each character has an unrevealed story behind them. Everything in episodes (at least in first two) is just perfect and smooth. I'm glad I started watching Canaan and I sure want to finish series :P |

| What the hell was up with that taxi driver? They get in, they tell him to hurry, and he says no. Then they say it's an emergency, and he replies there's not a slow taxi in the town, suggesting he would have gone with them on it in the first place, and comes across as if he's always been this insane...? So why say no in the first place at all then? Did he just switch mentalities all of a sudden? Inconsistent. Also, I hope that girl in the shop who was stuffing food into her clothes to fake big breasts gains some relevance later on and this was just her introduction, or else 90% of the screentime spent with her was absolutely pointless and added nothing to the story. I have a feeling she won't be returning, but I'll give the series the benefit of the doubt for now and assume it isn't stupid enough to include something like that for no good reason. Plus, that woman Canaan was talking with claimed Canaan's apparently not even old enough to have had her period yet... What? She doesn't look NEARLY that young. Maybe that's explained later on, but until it's addressed, it's just another thing bothering me while I'm watching. |

| Is it just me or does anyone else have trouble understanding the plot? Did I have to read the manga first to get this? Or is it all explained over the course of the series? On the plus side, the characters are interesting, though they seem to take nothing (including car chases, public shootouts and twisted deaths) seriously. PS: Taxi driver is best Chinese driver I've ever seen! |
