| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- No thing at the start this time... IMO this episode was alittle slow paced. Nothing much in it really... The Shinsengumi's act had alot of references, yet none that I could relate too... The next act was alittle better... Loved the remixed instrumental version of Gintaman! Best thing in this episode - Taka-tin's two lines, one being "Oh shit! It's my bread!" Can't wait till next ep! |
| Great episode, although nothing compared to last weeks. Taka-tins "Oh Shit! It's my bread!" line was great, but I was hoping he'd get more screen time. Still, it was a very enjoyable episode! All of the Ghibli references were fantastic! I really need to watch more Ghibli movies though. ^_^ Any idea what the song played during the next episode preview was? I liked what I heard! |
| the ep really was slow paced and I didn't get most of he references but I enjoyed it I recognized the saiyuki parody though ^^ I liked the shinsengumi part better specially when Okita started joining the conversation XD |

| I didn't really find this episode that slow-paced. I loved it, in fact. Hell, ignore me. I probably liked it just because Sougo finally got a major part. |

".. but then he remembered the hard drive was already full, so he returned to clear up some space, and accidentally deleted Terminator 3 which he hadn't watched yet." and "By the way, his favorite movie is Totoro." Those lines made me LOL'd Also "Oh, sh*t, it's my bread." ROFL xD |

| Was I the only one that thought the Laputa references hilarious because Laputa means "the whore" in Spanish? I dunno if the writers knew that or not, but it sure fit the situation. Funny episode though. I thought this arc would suck but I've enjoyed every episode so far. |

| MONKEY!!! I l loved that show when I was a kid. Some of the worst dubbing ever made was in Monkey! Kagura as Pigsy nearly made me wet myself laughing ^_^ Seen all the Studio Ghibli movies so those references were funny as well to me. |

| Lmao at that nipple twist at the beginning, Gin have you no shame? XD Doing this stuff to Hulk Hogan! and Kagura is messing the nose of Taka-tin . XD I liked the references. Sougou and Gin the best storyteller ever XD Toushi is such a ladykiller and Yamazaki in a woman's outfit...what has been seen cannot be unseen. @_@ Kondo's shaking his crotch while at the same time he prepares the drink is funny as hell. Gin's narration...haha. Original Story: Sakata Gintoki. Project planning: Sakata Gintoki. Narrated by Sakata Gintoki. Directed by Sakta Gintoki. I died. XD But gotta admit, Gin's story was so touching, I loved it. Plus the OSTs playing in the background. :') |

| Ahhh, the good old retarded Gintama that I like. Sougo is such the best narrator. Creating such a stupid twist, that's some master genius. That whole discussion on the Ghibli movie, Gorilla shamelessly admitting that he's a lolicon, the whole gang being lolicons, that was hilariously stupid x) ANd of course, Gintoki totally failing to deliver what he promised xD That fucking lazy samourai... Love ya'. |

| This ep was okay. Not as funny as last weeks, but still pretty good. Thought the Odd Jobs segment was funny though. Disappointed Sougo wasn't the one trying to hit on her. That would have been fucking hilarious. All in all decent though |
