| Saw that coming when they first introduced the girl. Ezaki is an asshole for that... I raged when he put his arm around her too and begun to close his eyes when she went in for the kiss. Idc what his reason was, it was still a dick move. Also, it destroyed any sympathy I have for this pairing. Fuck him. The girl has a nice body though. |

| Oh no, why can't I get away from NTR and cheating lately? That scene threw me off completely but I'm willing to bet Misako was trying to forget the failures she faced trying to make it as a model in Tokyo. She was probably used to that and it was the only way she knew how to cope. Regardless I'm glad this didn't turn into a giant thing and I can't really say I think less of Yuuichi since he was all too vulnerable at that time. It was nice to finally get a look into the doc's past, it looks like he's full of regret and devastation as well. It still doesn't really make me think better of him though and this show has been absolutely ridiculous with how irresponsible the hospital staff has been. I can't see this ending well, I really thought they were going to go for a successful operation conclusion when they put her in it before the final episode. |

| I was jokingly thinking that they were going to have a sex scene when they entered the apartment. The idea was so brainless that it was actually amusing, but never in a billion years would I have thought that it would happen. These writers must have been in a hospital writing the script in mid brain surgery. That's the only way you can explain this show. |

| This series is so short and yet so intense! This episode was packed full of heart-breaking moments, yet it managed to make me chuckle while still crying! What Yuiichi did with that other girl is bad ofc, and as a girl myself I'd also be heartbroken to find out about it, but it's also very human and he's only 17 in such a heavy situation... I couldn't really feel anger towards him for doing that. I still dislike the doctor though and think he's a piece of work, but I guess after the flashbacks in this episode, I can even sympathize with him... a little. I really, REALLY hope Rika gets through her surgery and to get a good ending! P.s.: I feel so bad for laughing when the doctor said putting her heart back together was like trying to put back tofu together, but I thought it was dramatically funny lol |

| The woman trying to get in Yuuichi's pants would seem like more of a scandalous, reprehensible scenario if Rika was a likeable character. However, Rika seems to detest Yuuichi and has treated him like dirt throughout the anime while only ever expressing sympathetic traits at Goro's behest, so it has zero impact. The doctor's generic lost loved one backstory does nothing to endear me to him either. I do like how the doctor skirts around saying Rika died in a million different ways just to have a cliffhanger. The idiot starts mouthing off about sewing up tofu so he can stall long enough for the episode to end. |
