Dang, that's strange. Tomoya's in the same position as his father. Hopefully, he wont fall away from Ushio like Tomoya did with his father. The sunflower field reminds me of the first OP of Clannad.  Fight-O Tomoya! I can't wait till the future. The last part made me cry T_T. Oh man. These episodes are just getting better and better. And in 10 weeks, this will all come to an end. Tomoya's offhand humor toward everyone is what caught my attention when I just happen to watch an episode once. The After story has more drama with some laughs, but not as much imo. Both are pretty much equal with their own set of atmosphere... Ushio's crying and smiling face when Tomoya grabs her hand on the train totally won me over... |

| Just watched it and got to say, what an absolutely amazing episode it was, definitely the best episode so far, have yet to tear up during an anime but this episode was dangerously close. As much as how emotional Nagisa's death scene was (and the ED killing off alot of the emotion in that episode), this episode was just on another level. Don't think i will ever watch an anime that will beat this show of the same genre. |

| Clannad is just as awesome as Kanon 2k6. Kanon was just more on the higher ground because of the magic and appeal. Even so, with After Story, Clannad might get a boost. Such a touching episode. They're really making our eyes go dry with all the crying. Ah, Tomoya, if only you knew earlier... Anyways, the junkie and the girl are almost ready for departure. |

| One of the best episodes so far for me, definitely. My heart really warmed up after Ushio said "daddy picked"; I couldn't stop smiling. However I immediately went into tears when they embraced each other crying. I thought that would be all, but after I wiped off my tears, the train scene came up and I started crying again then Tomoya was reminiscing about Nagisa. I don't think I've ever cried so much in one episode. |

| That was one of the most moving episodes in all of anime EVAR! Starting from the scene when Ushio calls Tomoya "papa", it was BAWLing time! ;_; Those flashback scenes with Nagisa in it, was just like... super sad too.... man.. such an epic series.. that really represents the values of the game (AND LIFE!) sooooo well! 10 out of 5 stars. |

| Ushio is the cutest little bundle of joy I've ever seen. It's great that Tomoya has come to his senses, too. Guess he's finally going to be the father he was meant to. Great incorporation of the father's history, too. Simply amazing, I thought the power of Clannad would falter after Nagisa's death but - damn you KyoAni and Key, proving me wrong - it seems that it's all still there; very much alive. 5 years late, but better late than never. Nagisa would be so proud! ^^ |

| haha 115 Loved Its, and counting XD i cant believe there were ppl who hated this episode.. this is the BEST episode in the whole Clannad series for me. this is the first time i really cried watching Clannad. Ushio is just too cute.. altho I hate Nagisa, it's impossible to hate Ushio.. but i hate clannad coz it will surely end badly. wat a way to end a beautiful story. but thanks to this episode, this series is going to get a better score from me. so many buts.. ^^; |

| Yeah that was definitely a 5/5. I rarely tear up from T.V. shows now but this episode just went and did it. Man. So many times I was like aww!!! Even though I miss Nagisa, this was the best Clannad episode so far. Plus Ushio is just so cute in so many ways, makes me want to have a daughter. |

I don’t think I have ever cried so hard in an anime before in my life… THIS is why Clannad continues to win over my heart again and again. It is the most beautiful and timeless story to me. There was SO much emotion in this episode, and it was let out so gracefully…. I love Ushio and Tomoya so much! And seeing Nagisa again in flashbacks was so heart wrenching. I’m so happy Tomoya saw the light!! Lol. THANK YOU KyoAni. 18 was so gorgeously executed. I’m so excited for next week’s episode. This show seriously influences nothing but good things…I’m always in a better mood after I watch. |

Then again, I guess it wouldnt hurt to make his appearence a little bit older looking. I thought he looked his age in ep 17. |

| Oh wow. My eyes definitely got wet. Wow. This is one of the few shows I've seen where I can understand the main character, and that's what makes it even more emotional. Everything about this episode was just perfect. I can't help but admit how much I want the next episode to come. Upped this to a 9. | Truly touching. Especially as a child of a single parent, this episode was amazing. Sanae lost some points though. If someone, especially a child, is sad, let them cry! Anything else is unhealthy. It may have made the scene in the field more intense, but still. |
