| I think Faye was kinda attracted to Julia :P Was weird how Faye just start shooting and hopped in her car. I thoought maybe she knew her at first. But then says Julia saved her? How? the mafia people were only chasing Julia I thought? Maybe they found out Faye was with Spike on the Bebop, or just went Faye shot at them to protect Julia she then became a target too? (which is what I origianlly thought.) Very "noir"-esque episode |

| Spike and Jet vs the Red Dragon Syndicate was amazing. Shin to the rescue and let Spike escape. Vicious escaped death from the Syndicate in an epic fight too! Spike found Julia finally, in the graveyard, but she put a gun up to him this time! D: I thought she loved him. Or maybe he just loved her. |

| As he started, he was about to finish the series, with Spike's character. The narration really intensifies, in which it is not left on the bullets and on the cruelty. Atmosphere really of other times, what a joy! |

| Wow, this episode was so cool, especially the simultaneous spaceship / Vicious shoot-outs. I'm glad we're back to the classy hard-boiled style for the finale. Cowboy Bebop has a wide range of atmosphere, but this is the classic vibe that the end deserves. |

| When they imprisoned Vicious I was thinking to myself "They really should only let the most loyal men enter his cell". Well, seems like those elders are pretty damn stupid. For what did they need so many people with guns anyway against someone in shackles? |
| Now, Vicious is the new leader of the Red Dragon while Julia makes an appearance. I didn't expect that bird to shoot out explosives lol. Still, I think that those elders are pretty dumb. I mean, that bird was very suspicious and wtf they enter his cell? That cliff hanger lmao. |

| So Spike's story isn't that far off from what I guessed, except that I didn't think the was in the mafia himself. I guess that it explains his mad skills though, so it makes sense. I still don't like how Jet encouraged Spike to go after Julia though, was it because of his personal experience? It's so frustrating that both of them are unable to let go of the past and appreciate what they have right now and what they can do for their future. I seriously hope that Faye can do something to save Spike from his doom, but considering how stubborn he is, I can't bet on that. |

| there's really good action, my problem for me is either that the story is pretty simple, or that it isn't explained well O_O hope the final episode will be better in term of story, if so maybe i will raise my score. |
| This was an alright episode, but it didn't grab my attention like the previous two-parter did. I feel like we could've used another episode between Spike and Viscious before the finale. I just think it's been too long since this story arc was relevant. |
| I loved the fight scenes in this one. Vicious' escape from execution by the Red Dragon heads was very smooth. Spike finally meets Julia aaand cliffhanger. I have a terrible feeling about this. Spike's gotta put his past behind him. (I really wanna see Ed and Ein atleast making an appearance in the last ep) |

| I find that Bebop is its best when being episodic, without focusing too much in a single plot point to move the story. I can't seem to enjoy these episodes about Spike's past as much as I wanted to. Basically, because: There is a fine line between being cryptic and not telling us anything substantial about this and that. And that's how I feel about Vicious, Julia, and the Syndicate... It's hard for me to care about them when I know little to nothing about them. I have zero idea about what the syndicate is or what do they wish accomplish, I don't care much for Vicious, and Julia just seems, to me, like a generic femme fatale kind of girl, which I've seen a million times already so it's kinda boring. I have a feeling the series' finale will be a little lackluster, but I'm still enjoying it. I was hoping for something more "despite of our past, we found a common place where we can belong to: the Bebop". Something focusing more on every member and not just on Spike's past. | I'm amazed. This is easily my favorite episode of the show so far. "As he gazes down, he feels the life flowing out of him, and... he thinks - that was where I was headed." "Men only think about the past right before their death, as if they were searching for proof that they were ever alive." That might be the best series of sentences I've heard spoken in anime so far. Not only were they were perfectly placed, but they also perfectly encapsulate how people always look back on their past when defining the meaning of their lives. For Spike, it was the love, comfort, and belonging he felt when he was with Julia. To me, this solidifies Jet as a great character. I personally believe he's the wisest character in Cowboy Bebop. Anyway, everything about this episode was amazing. I loved seeing the change in Faye's personality. I loved the soundtrack. I loved the action. I loved the characters. And I love how Cowboy Bebop always manages to convey a perfectly melancholic, nostalgic feeling to it. |

| VICIOUS IS BACK Honestly even when he is being executed he manages to look cool  Awesome way to take over the syndicate  Vicious said: As of now, the leadership has changed hands. From now on, I will dictate all authority and symbolism of this syndicate.  This would have been better if we focused on Vicious rather than Spike. It would make for a Villain origin story very well. Also other than Vicious I hate the episode. Faye just happens to meet Julia and Julia just happens to know that Faye will know Spike despite Faye being a common name or some shit. |

| A good, but not great way to start the finale episode. Interesting cliffhanger with Julia pointing the gun at Spike, and she was cool with Faye. Otherwise, it was kind of boring. |
| at this point i didn't recall anything from part 1 (even if Julia and Faye returning were predictable, their meeting not so much), including Vicious ready to be executed but turning the tables also thanks to his cool bird pet. Nothing more to add, almost ready to yet another rewatch of the end. (wait, what? Punch was the man meeting his mother in front of Faye and i didn't notice until 2024?) |
