| Honestly, I wouldnt have minded if they kept talking about random stuff like Jackie Chan with just 1 scene lol. Love how they tackled the "recap" trope in such a funny way though ^^ Was definitely feeling the "Death Note"vibe and my suspicions were answered at the end! Probably my favourite episode so far. |

| Didn't thought that this would turn out this. Pretty intense episode. Though it was based on a silly thing but That was just cool. All the characters were very cold (Just not Sadaharu). It was so analytic and intense that it reminded me of Death Note! It was like some L's and Light's are sitting here and fighting for outsmarting each other. I liked the pork thing that Shinpachi and Gin did. Such an unthinkable move. However still Kagura wins (the Shinigami here). |
Yeah, I even thought the same here. And I also think that Gin was L and Shinpachi was Light. Though it was very cool. |

| Alright, I gotta say that this and episode 20 are definitely my favorite episodes so far, both of them are just so goddam funny to me! I thought that this episode would just be here purely for recaping the previous events that happened in the past episodes, but man I was really wrong. Instead, we got a full on Death Note like episode, but instead of a potato chip, it's beef; and I honestly couldn't stop laughing at the expressions that the characters made, such as this one that Shinpachi made it was just completely unexpected to me And I also couldn't stop laughing at the part where Gintoki realized that Kagura purposefully sneezed on the hot pot, and the face that she made just made it 100x funnier as well. I also couldn't stop laughing at the part when she was devastated that she ate pork instead of beef, that part was completely unexpected to me But the part with Otose and Catherine was also completely unexpected to me as well, but in the end, Kagura managed to get the hotpot with beef, but in reality, she preferred pork instead haha There were many plot twists in this episode and I absolutely had a great laugh out of the episode, and I'm definitely excited to see what's next! |

| Damn. That cold opening is already a masterpiece on his own merit, and then the real episode starts. I watched it two days in a row because of how cool it is. And if all those mind games and tricks weren't already unbelievable, when Nabeleon appeared on screen with his name yelled, i spat a lung out from laughing. Ryuk sort of reprising his final quote from the second episode of Death Note was a perfect ending. No, wait, there's still yet another still picture with some voice over to save money. "whatever, they have already changed the channel by now" 100/10 |

| First I thought this would be a really good episode, but then it was just the usual "women win, men lose" plot. I agree with Kagura though, pork > beef. Also the new opening is not as good as the old one. |
