I think that if Shu had known at first what Tsukimi was really like and what she usually looks like, he wouldn't have wanted anything to do with her. Both Shu and Tsukimi are rather gaga over each other when they really haven't met. I hate couples like that. That's why I'm hoping that meybe, just maybe, slowly, Kuranosuke and Tsukimi will fall for each other. Wooord on this. Kuranosuke and Tsukimi are my OTP for life, I was addicted to their chemistry from the get-go. Not that I dislike Shuu or anything, but I'll be miffed if he gets too close to Tsukimi. =/ I'm also glad they got the makeover episode out of the way so that we can focus on interesting things. This isn't the kind of show where everyone ends up looking plastic and barbie-ish, people. And even if Tsukimi learns a few tips she won't ever turn into the chic monsters she fears. It's about being comfortable with yourself and how you look no matter what the general public's standards are. That, even more so than Kuranosuke's beauty, is what I believe Tsukimi admires so much about him. He's comfortable the way he is, dressing in women's clothing and is able to let scorn and irritation roll off of him like water. Also. I don't understand the hate for Mayaya and Banba at all. I'm sorry but saying they're annoying doesn't make any sense to me. When I see Mayaya at her antics I just dissolve into hysterical laughter. She reminds me quite a bit of the Kure-nai cast (Tamaki on speed, anyone?) and I appreciate her as a comedy relief character. I'm addicted to this show. Plastering my MAL profile with it as soon as I get enough scans and fanart. |

| One of the things I love about this series as well is the opening for having a Star Wars parody (maybe even a 'Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind' thrown in there, too?) and Clara's little 'attention getters'. :P "Klarara....Tequila!" Anyways, unto the episode: Woah, I never would have expected that Kuranosuke's uncle would react that way to him cross-dressing. Hahahaha. But, I guess I would have the same reason that he has for cross-dressing since he doesn't want to be a politician at all - I wouldn't either, so, I don't mind it. But, ughhhhh, Kuranosuke's brother. | Kuranosuke's reason is she doesn't want to be a politician. the second reason is probably more in line with his mother's job as a fashion designer. so the sisterhood source of income are there parents? and lol they are already in their 30s :P Tsurumiki is soo gorgeous with that make up :) and what the hell Kuranosuke's brother is in love with her XD so they will close the sisterhood :( im glad we get a backstory with Kuranosuke's family and all. i wonder where is Kuranosuke's mother is?? amazing episode! love the jokes and light hearted scenes :) |
| really liked Tsukimi's makeover (even if it only was for a short while), and that she stayed the same bumbling way she was before it. also really liked the bit when when kuranosukes brother asked about Tsukimi + the following exchange where Kuranosuke describes her. |

| I actually screamed ''DAMN'' in real life when they showed Tsukimi new look. I also loved the humor in this episode, this gives me more motivation to continue watching since I felt the first 2 episodes were a bit boring. Interesting series so far. 5/5. |

| Wow, they (as in the animators and the character Kuranosuke) did a great job making Tsukimi look really pretty (Even though her general look is kind of cute, though very geeky. She's a million times cuter than the Nunz in the sisterhood. I think that's the point though)! So far, I hate all of the characters in the sisterhood (Chieko seems to be the most sensible out of all of them though.) Not for their looks, but for their personalities. They have such unrealistic outlooks on life. Now I understand even more so why people hate NEETs so much. I would hate them too if they were like this (I've met quite a few in my lifetime, so bad memories come about whenever I view it too. :P). I don't know if it's because their placing more character development on Tsukimi, but I like her so far. She's bordering on being a NEET or a "Fashion Queen", but what she should be is herself. It seems like this series is dealing with the topic of "Trying to fit in", and for the most part Tsukimi's being herself, but is still trying to fit in with the Sisterhood, who do not deserve such company. Tsukimi should seriously try to go to school and get a veterinarian degree in Amphibious animals (Specifically preserving, or helping Jellyfish. With all of her knowledge, she could easily get the degree. It's just showing up to class). Well, that's what you get when you delve into the topic of NEETs. | Plot that brings forth the various aspects of the characters, dialogues often more interesting than it may seem. The narrative often looks comical, but also knows how to be serious. Drawings and animations good. I wonder if they can get all of the beautiful swans? |

| This show is hilarious. I was skeptical at first because the character designs for the girls looked really weird but this anime is funny as heck. The Chinese vampire scene was a little over the top but I still enjoyed it. Oh yeah and Kuranosuke makes this show feel so alive. Another great episode. Onto the next one! 8/10 |
