New information about the Naruto 20th Anniversary is revealed in WSJ.

The anime was postponed until further notice

According to it, The Plot of this anime would have Team 7 taking on a new mission
in Kakashi’s absence, Surprisingly, Naruto is the temporary team captain!?

It is also revealed that this project is “supervised by Masashi Kishimoto!”.

The series has already concluded. Anything they make would be "filler". Though, again, no show so it can't be called filler. Anyway, it for the fans if you are a naruto fan enjoy it if not...
