oh yeah, it does, very simple and repetitive, but it's not a bad thing as long as it's enjoyable
yeah you're right. i think when i want to shut my brain off and watch something i'll just put on a pokemon or dragon ball z movie. because i can watch them a 100 times and not get bored.
hmm, I think so? idk really, some people just don't like watching anime movies often times because it's non-canon
this was actually a game changer for me. i didn't realize that the movie and anime can be so different and it really messed up the timelines for me xD. this was right when i getting into anime too. so i had no idea what to trust after a point haha.
Sorry for the late reply its finals week for me 😞. Do you also listen to Brent's older songs from his group Sonder? And ironically I know more Tyler songs than brent songs, 🙃 my favorite of his calm songs probably being the second half of I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO DANCE
I cycle out of RnB songs so much but some of my all time favs are Pyramids- Frank Ocean, Usher- I will, SWV- Love Unconditionally, and if this counts 2pac- Can U Get Away. I'm sure Im missing a few especially some modern ones, but what are ur favorites?
Oh also i was completely wrong! Romi Park was actually just Natsume! Instead, Hotaru was voiced by one of my favorite seiyuus which Rie Kumigiya! I absolutely adore her! She's also great with voicing male characters too but this is interesting. I don't know why i always thought Romi Park she was Hotaru. I watched it translated with subs a long time ago and i saw her name in the credits. I coulda sworn she was Hotaru.... but i was wrong. xD
Yeah i agree she has a unique voice! Typically i think female seiyuus are pretty good at voice male characters but i like hers specifically because they're more of the young mature type of characters. As for Natsume... i'm actually not sure! I'd have to look it up but i can definitely see her voice Natsume. But yeah, I'm a huge fan of the Fire Emblem series! You should definitely check out the games. ^_^
Yeah she is! She's really great as Edward Elric from FMA and i remember liking her as Toma from Shining Force EXA. Hearing her as Hotaru was my first time hearing her as a female role so it was interesting... But yeah thanks! Mine is Robin from Fire Emblem Awakening. My favorite protag from the Fire Emblem games~ xP
Hiya there. Very wholesome forum pfp. Also I see you have Alice Academy as your favorites! I remember that anime. Romi Park was so entertaining as Hotaru~
yeah makes sense, usually movies have very simple plot points. there's a bit of fun in the beginnining -> followed by a slow villian introduction -> finally the big fight at the end. this is like a shounen movie starter pack xD
but i think since the movies aren't as easily accessible as the shows not many people end up watching the movie. unless it's one of the recent ones that have have getting aired in theaters now (jjk, kimetsu no yaiba, dragon ball super).
ohh that's quite interesting. so you get to experience the characters grow all over again through the course of the different movies!
i dont think i've ever paid too much attention to the movies of the shows i've watched. i think i kind of forget that they exist haha. i should probably revisit some of my old favourite shows like naruto and one piece and watch their movies.
