| A mediocre episode adaptation with an even more underwhelming fight sequence. I really can’t believe they’ve done this after all the hype and shit they’ve generated for this episode. Everything’s wonky, the pacing feels weird, the soundtrack is repetitive, and the fight choreograph is all over the place. At least the ED credits went way harder and made me more hype than everything this episode had to offer. What a waste. |

| The fight scene, FINALLY something happening in this anime not just nonsense goals, had to get this anime out of my "dropped"-section after this episode. It's still not worth more than 6/10 for me, but i can tolerate the art-style, but this fight scene changed my thoughts about this. |
| Denji is a simple man with simple goals. Food, Shelter, and Boobs. His objective put him in a trap, but the trapper then also got trapped. Chainsaw Man looks really good fighting the bat devil. I just hope the city damage does not come out of Denji's pockets! |

| Really great finally seeing this battle in motion, I just love how cinematic the anime adaptation looks. MAPPA is doing an excellent job so far, also the ending song was awesome. |

| Another great chainsaw man episode. The material covered in this episode always feels somewhat off to me but Mappa did a good job adapting it nonetheless. We got a small look at Power's backstory and some insight into Denji's character and his..."questionable" motivations. The action in this episode was awsome as well: Denji CGI looked much better and there was more 2d animation then before which is always nice I've also noticed the anime's pacing feels slower than in the manga. The ED was kind of weird but I liked it. |

| The sakuga is real, as much as Denji's desire to fondle. Good ending sequence as well, it reminds me a bit of Death Note for some reason. |
