Season 2 adaptation

I haven't watched season 2 yet. Is the second season a fateful adaptation of the manga? I heard that the animation is not on the same level as season 1, but that doesn't bother me so much if it closely follows the source material.

I haven't read OPM magna but in my opinion S2 is quite good Infact better than S1.
And It S3 Animation Thats coming out In Late 2023 (not confirmed) STOP USING click bait thumb nail.

The animation is fine, but doesn’t compare well to S1. The real issues are with the sound design and compositing, they’re pretty terrible. But to answer your question, S2 is still pretty faithful to the manga, and the story is actually better than S1. Unfortunately the ending is open as it ends mid-arc, so it might be good waiting till S3 is nearly out so you don’t have to wait too long (or read the manga)

Yeah it's faithful. It's a good season imo, just lacks execution. Some scenes are a lot more impactful to the manga, sometimes due to how great the art of the manga is compared to the second season of the anime, but also because JC Staff unfortunately could not capture the writing style well. The comedy timing is terrible in season 2 for the most part, the mangas a lot better in that regard.

it's faithful to the manga and s2 storyline is better than s1 but the animation while not horrible doesn't come close to the first season and the soundtrack blows ass

The second season is faithful. the animation isnt on par with the first season which is why people say it bad, but in all honesty its a good adaptation its just not seen as great as the first season.

Have recently read the S1 and S2 parts of the manga and yeah it follows it quite well, animation isn’t even bad it’s just average but it’s still a downgrade. I didn’t even notice the animation downgrade because I didn’t pay attention to the animation quality that much

haven't seen season 2 either but judging by the score on mal, it might be worth reading the manga. main reason being yusuke mutatas incredible artwork.

season 2 has many good fights but fans need more Saitama that we didn't get very well also season 2 final fight had no grand scale like Saitama vs boros besides all fights to garou and cyborg just great I loved it (excluding sound effects tho lol)

To your ques. Its just a hunch, its almost 2 years now S2 was aired. I wish and hope they make it aired soon
