| this episode seemed really fast...but anyway it was an okay episode....baseball like in every anime.. i actually thought he was going to disappear...luckily the new member saved him and hopefully she becomes the new lead singer :P |

Eh, not bad. The baseball games actually were more exciting than I thought they were going to be; who knew that Otonashi could be such a competent pitcher? And putting all the idiots on display on one team was good for some comedy. I have no comments regarding the OP, none. |

| The OP is still epic even though it's changed in this ep^^ Too much Yui in this ep, she's sorta like a hyper version of Fuuka with a high-pitched voice. Does she sing the OP? Sounds so different when talking lol. Hinata's backstory isn't as good as Yuri's and Iwasawa's...more drama and action please...not comedy... |

| If this is the new OP from now on, then respect for making an OP for only two episodes of the series. If that was just a joke and it goes back to "normal", even more respect for making an OP just for a single episode and Yui! In my opinion, the original voice sounds nicer in the chorus and Yui's in the verse; but I like both of them, so lets just settle on -> this <- as a compromise :D |
| Kind of felt like a filler episode but still enjoyable. Loved TK and Hinata. "Are you ...?" "NO!!" XD Yui is okay ... I think she's pretty funny. Hope next week's episode has more "plot" though |
| Dear gawd. Somebody, please, tie up Yui & put duck-tape on her mouth. Or what's better, make her disappear already. Seriously, how can they remove an awesome female guitar player with a sexy voice & replace her with a annoying twit with the voice of a chipmunk? Bad move I'd say. She also ruined a perfectly good (and somewhat corny) moment between Hinata & Otanashi, dammit lol. Kidding aside, I thought this was a very weak episode. The jokes may be funny the first time, but after the fourth or fifth time around, it gets really old. I hope the next episode improves~ |

The comedy was unfunny, the story was unengaging, the whole thing felt really trite, and much of the humour came across as an absolute failure in self-parody. Also, they got my hopes up that somebody might try and have a logical conversation with TK. I mean, how hilarious would that have been? His random one-liner non-sequiturs are funny enough as it is. |
| Weird, I actually thought this ep's comedy was better than the previous eps. Less Haruhi-styled, more Gintama-styled, which can only be a good thing. That isn't to say it was ALL funny, or even THAT funny... but Angel Beats isn't really about the humour. (Or they shouldn't try to make it that way, at least.) |

| I like the new Op. It doesn't matter for me which Op that will be used for the next episode, i like them both. As for this episode, i really enjoyed it. Its comedy part isn't bad imo and we also know some of Hinata past. Although Yui interuption at the end is kinda lame. |

She may be annoying but somehow i entertained with her stupidity & overacting attitude.The fact that Hinata giving her submission when she try to act cute (Yui-nyan~) or she getting little annoying amuses me.It's rare to see a guy beat down a cute girl as opposed girl always beat down guy when he doing something stupid in most anime. You see that's the root that caused him died (because he failed to catch the ball). If he catch the ball in the end of this episode, his regret will be gone and he will feel satisfy and because of that "poof" he disappear. |

I finally got it! | Someones always gpt a complaint about something. I for one thought the episode was great and Yui is great to have around as well. Some from the episode discussion want constant drama. I dont know about anyone else but these are kids in the show. If their existance evolved around constant drama and people disappearing, that would be a pretty sad existance. I like TK too but Im kind of hoping he disappears soon so people stop bashing other characters. TK isnt the main star of the story - sorry |

I personally don't mind that Hinata didn't disappear, cos he is a nice character, but 3/4 of the episode was spent on the joke how he is not popular at all, or how he fights with Yui. So what about the plot? What about God? What about actually doing something about their situation? I swear it's Sora no Woto all over again: a promising 13 episode series, where only the last 2 episodes will have some plot in it, which will be a bit confusing at first, since all the story will be packed into 40 minutes. |
