Soon? It came out in 2012, so it's already been 10 years.

Not that it's impossible at all, considering the large gap in elapsed time between continuations of a number of series, but there hasn't been more news about it in the foreseeable future. Plus, the more time that elapses between a series and some form of continuation of it, it seems more likely/common for the new one to be a reboot/remake/re-adaptation of the original source material rather than a genuine chronological continuation of the same series.

I think it is worth it. The animation is stunning, the MC is relatable and yeah the mysteries are the core of it and you just gotta follow it.

It does seem super random and that makes its difficult to grasp what the story is about.

It's interesting and the aesthetic is rather soothing. Chill but still curious.

If you're not into mysteries then I'd say watch it with patience

Eh it's not really random. The actual core of it is Houtarou wanting to live a rose colored life. Everything expands on that goal of his to change

It most likely won't. Iirc Hyouka ks published by kadokawa and kyoani isn't making anime for kadokawa anymore. Not only that but if it gets a new anime it's not gonna be the same hyouka since Yasuhiro Takemoto, the director, died.
