| I dislike him quite a bit. But not really because of who he is as a character. It’s more how other characters react to him. From the beginning we’re shown that he’s a pretty horrible person. He’s bullied izuku for years, he treats his other classmates with contempt, he acts superior based on his power alone. He has almost no redeeming qualities. Yet in spite of this izuku still acts like he’s his friend, the other classmates treat him as a minor annoyance, and worse the adults and teachers do nothing to protect anyone from his abuse. So after 300+ chapters of being a menace, now they’re trying to redeem him?! Sorry, I don’t buy it. Too little, too late. |

| Ya I like bakugo after seeing the EP 23 of s3 man I felt very bad for bakugo.The feelings which he was hiding for years were flooding out of him with great voice acting.That make bakugo more popular even people dislike him at start but after seeing that they also feel bad for bakugo. |

| Fourth option - I like him, but he's very loud. Mainly because he's one of the few interesting characters in the 1-A class, let alone in the series. He has a villain-like personality but earnestly wants to become a hero since he respects All Might so much. He doesn't beat around the bush, has impressive intuition, and is a very quick-thinker and great strategist. I first started liking him during his match against Uraraka in the Sports Festival arc; he was one of the few that respected and acknowledged her as a worthy opponent. I don't remember most of the details of season 3, but I also remember liking his character development there. I definitely understand why people hate him though. I really wish he would stop with the verbal abuses towards Midoriya. Hopefully some time in the future. And his excessive bullying against him in the past shouldn't be forgotten either. Basically, I like him because of how well-written he is (he makes the series so much more interesting) and how much potential he has as a character since he's purposefully written to be an unlikeable character for many. I'm not as fond of the character himself (personality-wise). |
