| we could get shirogane awesomeness in this episode,,but they leave out kaguya awesomeness from manga.. it was kaguya initiative that actually made stuco investigation in the first place and also how ogino disappear from the sight.... and they leave out a bit part from ch 87..i really wish theres season 3 despite they leave out a bit of detail that may become important in the future.. |

I mean the whole scenario played out like some chunii fantasy of someone who likes to think of himself as the silent hero xD Nonetheless loved this uplifting episode and it had some very quoteable lines xD |

I hope he manages to match Gorilla-sensei one day in delivering comedy and emotional segments. A tall task, but not impossible. |

 One of my favorite scenes of this arc! It's literally an eye-opening experience for Ishigami and I'm so glad he's able to move on and be open to others. I didn't expect to burst into tears throughout the episode despite already reading this arc in the manga before. His VA was top-notched and A-1 really did justice to bring Ishigami into life.  My man finally smiles in the ED. His smile must be protected as much as he has done to Ootomo and Miko!   Credits to the Student Council members! It's always heartwarming seeing Chika and Kaguya supporting their kawaii kouhai. Shoutout to Ice Kaguya for bringing the issue up to other Council members. Shirogane is definitely the best homie you can ever ask for - always have Ishigami's back even before they become close friends in the Council. Mad respect to Miyuki Shirogane, the LEGEND. I hope these small scenes will get adapted alongside more backstories of this incident in the future like how A-1 sneaked in Iino's scene in Episode 9. These brief moments really depict how kind their characters are and how wholesome their relationships have become. I absolutely loved this episode. Worth the tears. |

Oh well... other than that it was an ok episode. Anyways, read the manga! You're right. I would remove the outro song and add the 90 seconds extra duration for those scenes if I were director. Spoilertagged for those who want to read the manga: Just why the anime omitted the school council characters' massive interference in this issue isn't quite clear to me... I recall that when I read the manga first, this was a key development for liking Iino much more. And Dark Kaguya is always a treat... |

Pretty stupid from her fucking with her boyfriend at that age and even with Ogino recording it. She is some next level THOT. |

| Wow, that was heavy right there. "Ishigami, you did well" - Shirogane with God's words right there. I'm a little late to the party here it seems but I'm really glad to see the overwhelming positive response because it deserves it wholeheartedly. Everything from the direction to the soundtrack was just fabulous. Massive hats off to the VA for absolutely nailing it, as well. It's one of those stories that you're just left stunned by. I'm so very glad that things worked out for the positive across all fronts. Otomo, while not even realising anything, and the perpetrator getting some dirt in the process. Ishigami finally opening up his heart was seriously powerful too, I'd the pleasure of seeing another such instance just earlier today of Muge in NakiNeko so it's still a fresh wound I suppose. Iino-chan's words of support was a great addition, as well. Great to see the Red Team make a stunning return, at the end of the proceedings. I wonder what's in store for next episode's finale. A 2nd Season better be coming too! |

| I did not laugh once during this episode. This was the best damn episode of the series! This episode once again supports my belief that Miyuki is one of the greatest guys ever and I somehow love him even more than I did before. Also Ishigami is officially my 2nd favorite character in the series (been debating between him and Kaguya for a while) and I can now say with zeal that Shirogane x Ishigami is one of the greatest bromances in all of anime! This poor anti-social boy tries his best to do what’s right but as he can’t effectively express himself he is understood by no one and instead unanimously decried for his actions... until best boy Miyuki comes along and shows him that he is in-fact understood by someone illuminating his world and salvaging his soul in the process. It was a scene of true beauty eloquently augmented by the cathartic phrase ‘GO TO HELL DUMBASS!!” The end with Miyuki patting him, empathizing with him and telling him that he wasn’t crazy followed by the raw burst of tears from Ishigami made my eyes watery and warmed my heart ^_^. |

| They did such a great job adapting these chapters from the manga. They're just nailing it, comedy and drama. . Ishigami's VA did a great job too. I keep telling people that despite his limitations, Shirogane is MVP. He's such a glorious character. A worthy son and heir to the great Papagane |

The episode was taken in Ishigami's perspective entirely, and adding in those scenes could've damaged the whole covered eyes thing they had going. Ishigami didn't know about it, all he knew was that Shirogane was the first to acknowledge his problem. That's why they moved the Iino confrontation with the teachers scene in the previous episode instead of this. He never got to know the one who set things to the right path for him was Iino all along. |

| "Apparently genuine normies can also be genuinely nice" I never cried in a kaguya episode. But i just let loose today and it was worth it. From being a person living a isolated life and not getting involved with others to actually stepping out for once and getting crushed instantly, for people who get deceived easily by manipulating assholes like ogino. i felt that hard and its not worth it. but then again everything is a learning experience. Humiliated and judged by everyone, suffering for months. My boy ishigami didnt deserve any of that but when is life fair. But he still didnt apologize, i respect his willpower while his mind was totally at breaking point. But you cant really handle and go through everything alone, you do need at times a gentle push, a helping hand and most importantly some understanding loving people around you. Miyuki today became Daddy shirogane for ishigami, pulling him out of the darkness, clearing his name, giving him encouragement. I held my tears but when ishigami started crying i just couldnt stop tearing up Not only him the cheer squad, the student council and others had his back inspite of him losing which was so heartwarming. I was surprised and also happy a little seeing lino personally stepping up to cheer him, she really cares for the boy. My favorite part, when otomo kept insulting, my boy just readied himself up and said "SHUT UP DUMBASS", the point where he was ready to move on from his past and enjoy his present life.  The last part where he opens his eyes and see's the peoples faces around him, Koe no katachi vibes definitely and again tears with smiles came on my face. He doesnt need to drown in his past anymore and is finally happy, living his life, enjoying and having fun surrounded people who value and cherish him genuinely, How can we not be more happy for him? And speaking of papa shirogane, Mama Kaguya avenged her son, she actually did arrange ogino's transfer from the school in the manga, she could have done something worse, but wanted to protect the smile ishigami sacrificed himself for. "He really is a cute junior though". True words. Best episode of the entire season. Best boy/girl ishigami <3 |
| MIYUKI CHADOGANE saving lives again, he pulled Ishigami when he was in depression (also helping Miko to speak in public and was able to melt Iceguya and taking her to see the fireworks which she wanted to see it badly) That scene when he walked towards ishigami and wrote that was so powerful. Kaguya and Chika were also involved in bringing back ishigami Ishigami pulling himself and saying Uruse Baka to ootomo was great. He finally opened his eyes to the Cheering club members, those guys are genuinely wholesome I hope people don't hate on ootomo she's a nice girl she doesn't know anything about it, she is also a victim Some might have missed it but, Miko is the reason ishigami got to go to high school as seen in the last episode |

| In my opinion, this was probably the best Kaguya Sama episode. The sheer emotions that I felt watching Ishigami... Well done A-1, although you removed some scenes, still an amazing episode and it really shows how strong the bond is between the student council. |

| The school sports festival, and Ishigami is still reeling in his positive form...THAT IS, until fellow classmate Kyouko Otomo surfaced in his life, the past that he wanted to forget. Now in this state do we understand where Ishigami's personality, and why he acted that way. He's once the boy of justice, and psychological attacks emotionally and mentally scarring him for life. Really, seeing him in a new light. My man Ishigami did NOTHING wrong, but yet getting ridiculed for it is just plain wrong and unjustfiable. But really thank the heavens for Miyuki, whom Ishigami really attributed as his saviour, by being covert and teaching him to be aggressive. AHHHHH GO TO HELL, DUMBASS! Being able to be content to face his issues, he's treading the fine path, and FINALLY he can look at the outset of life, as he intended to. To protect a smile just like he used to...that's his ultimate goal. Masterpiece episode yet again? More than just that! Truly a 100/10 episode! |
