Not even volume 1 is translated in English. It did get published some in Taiwan though.

I did a bit of digging and it looks like Taro started dating Arashiko at some point in the novel and then in the last chapter, Mio confesses to him and it ends on a cliffhanger. So looks like the story was definitely approaching its conclusion making it extra unfortunate that we'll probably never know what the intended ending was.

At least if you wanna see Taro and Arashiko start dating it should be in there. Not that any of it is translated into English though.
