Weekly Shounen Ace magazine announced via their September issue on Saturday that the creators of Deadman Wonderland, Kazuma Kondou and Jinsei Kataoka, will start their new manga series in its October issue, to be released on August 26. The new manga will be titled Smokin' Parade. Kazuma Kondou and Jinsei Kataoka debuted with their manga Deadman Wonderland in 2006. The manga series was serialized in Shounen Ace magazine and ended in 2013. It received a 12-episode anime adaptation in Spring 2011 by Manglobe. The authors also wrote the manga version of Eureka Seven, based on the "Project Eureka" media mix project. Viz Media licensed the Deadman Wonderland manga for North American release in 2013. | Really loving these character designs. Not expecting it to be a brilliant series but it seems like it will be a fun action Shounen to read. Hope it turns out well so Viz will license it. Already has a DW feel to it with the caption "The world is dead, the parade will start." |

| High expectations, i really enjoyed DMW. Really pisses me off that they don't just finish the anime since the manga is 100% finished, a large reason for DMW's shit reviews is because its an unfinished show. |

| Looks good, Deadman Wonderland was alright. The ending kinda sucked but the rest of it was decent. I like the art style they use and the MC (assuming the guy smoking & smiling is the MC) looks better than the kid from DW. |
