| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- That was awesome. The new and improved Shinichi gets a bit of revenge on those bullies. Loved the way he fought back this time. That poor dog this episode though ;_; Shimada also debut this episode but I'm not sure what to think of the guy yet. Was good to see Kana this episode although I think she should be more careful. |

| Murano's reason to feel insecure. Damn, Shinichi being that indifferent and monotone about the puppy and throwing it in the trash :O Shimada coming, so much for not killing anyone. Using other people's faces to get his job done :/ Kana thinking her power is used to find her soul mate! That was dangerous as Shimada is somewhat interested in her now. "Not again," feels nice to still see some emotion out of Shinichi! Not going so well with Murano though. Tachikawa falling for Shimada? :/ |

| Loved the new OST introduced with this episode, especially when Hideo introduced himself to Shinichi. Speaking about Hideo, I really liked the way they handled him so far - nice work yet again, Madhouse. |

| Seems like Shinichi has lost every emotion aside from anger. Basically he has two modes now: the monotone-cold-calculating mode, and the Asura's wrath mode :) |
| Another amazing episode! Shinichi is changing so much right now :O Loved how he owned Mitsuo so easily. Pretty much shat his pants XD Izumi just keeps screwing up in front of Murano lol...Didn't expect he'd throw the puppy in the trash O_o and then Dat Blood lustful face he made in front of her and finally going home with Kana XD He gotta fix this quick lol Kana's ability is really dangerous. She's gonna get deeply involved sooner or later if this keeps up. Hideo's a pretty nice character so far. He said he hasn't hurt any humans in the last while so what the hell was he doing at the start and end of the ep? Wasn't that technically hurting? Hell it's way more lol XD |

| Delinquent Mitsuo had nothing on Shinichi this episode. He just dodged all the attacks and gave him 1-2 simple push. Neatly owned! XD Damn. Shinichi changed in many different ways. Really didn't expect him to throw that dead puppy in the garbage. :O But I guess he redeemed by giving it a proper burial after discussing with Migi. Hideo talks like he doesn't mean any harm, but his aura is the total opposite of what he says. This guy is dangerous! Shinichi's face when he was thinking about exposing Hideo's true identity though.. Poor Murano got scared pretty good there. XD Loved how Shinichi came to Kana's rescue and threatened Hideo. But it also gave Hideo a faint idea about Migi's cooldown period.. Dad also sensed something has changed in Shinichi, asking him since when did he become so strong. Character instincts are quite strong in this show. Great episode. Tachikawa is falling for Hideo while the guy finished murdering some women out there. :O |

| Good episode, Shinichi keeps on making bad impressions to Murano, and that nwe parasyte dude is obviously lying to him, he just killed a person! Wow, just realized that there's one more episode today, sweeet time to watch episode 9 |

| Apart from the dog moments....this episode is pure win.The manga is awesome but the anime is doing an epic work for that and great OST as usual. |

| I laughed my ass off when Shinichi put that puppy in the bin right after his chick told him that she loved that he cares so much. I saw it coming but it was still funny. Parasyte teacher is back in the storyline and she got a helper and he noticed that Magi was giving a weak signal...thats not good. |

| Damn, Shinichi really is a pro to have the poorest timing. He keep diggin' and diggin'. But he have become so cold... He really did lost something indeed. It's not just that he's unable to show his sadness, it look like he just can't feel sadness. Maybe it's because it was completely replaced by rage? In any case, Shinichi must dispose of the new parasyte Hideo before something bad happen. Now that it's obvious that he was lying to Shinichi, it's a matter of time before he learn it, but Akiho, Yuuko or even Kana may have been killed by then. Though, I feel like Kana will stay longer, long enough to get Shinichi attached to her as a friend, and rising her at a rival level for Murano. Probably Yuuko that will get eaten... I didn't expected Kana to fall in love with Shinichi. I thought she would more be afraid by him and start stalking him to caught him ''in the act of something''. It's not surprising that the father have fallen in alcohol. That scar he got when he saw his wife get decapitated will never heal. Shinichi strange behavior doesn't help either. Migi giving a tap to Shinichi was so hilarious. He looked so thug man. Also, Shinichi just completely owning the other guy was so satisfying. |

| I don't get it... what did Shinichi do wrong? He removed the dog from the road, possibly saving a lot of people from a potential traffic accident. Should he just have thrown it to the side of the road? In the bushes? Gotten all dirty while making a grave for it? Wouldn't everyone have gone for the thrash bin? Heck, most people I know would've completely ignored it. Keep in mind it's a random corpse, not his pet dog. There is no attachment. |

They put that scene in purely for shock value, but if I saw someone throwing an animal in a trash bin, I would honestly beat the living shit out of them. |
