Dat rooftop scene almost reminded me of "Afterglow" (A beautiful vocaloid song) Tomoko in her middle school years was pretty hot, nice voice-acting by her VA. Ah man, you did see her, Aomatsu... "Keep it cool. I'm a cool chara." LMAO XD I can't believe she told him all that with her ankle hurt LMAOOOO And the despair is back... I feel so bad for her, yet again. Happiness is always like at a distance of 10cm from her. |

Felt bad that she was locked out in the rooftops, at leastone of the faculties got her. She is still awesome since middle school. Patiently waiting for a second season.... |

When the series was airing, I read ahead the the manga and I did not see anything like this. Also, there is some content in the manga which does reveal things about Tomoko's life back when she was in middle school, and it is not consistent with what we saw in this OVA. |

| During the middle part I somehow got the hope up, that it could have an actual happy ending, like an happy ending episode of Watamote, but who was I kidding. Didn't realize that the OVA existed until now though |

| A very well done OVA. Pretty hilarious to see the guys perspective of her looking like an enigma, but then we see her perspective of the first encounter. Pretty damn hilarious. Really want wanting a season 2! |
| Tomoko, Yuu and Kii-chan figured out what clichés make for a successful anime. That was pretty funny. Overall, decent OVA. 4/5 |

| Lol.... did they just jabbed on the won't coming season 2? Also wow, I can't believe that they would used Tomoki's friend as a main character in this OVA. He only interacted once with Tomoko in the manga during the borrowing event. Tomoko really is cute... her crying is so cute. Damn I love her so much. I also can't believe that the author really did what the intro told us on chapter 100 lol. |

| That was just... depressing. Still loved it. Too bad a season 2 never got made. I'll have to read the manga. Theory: It is possible the Tomoko we saw from the glasses guy's point of view is how Tomoko really looks, and Tomoko in most of the series is how she perceives herself. Thinking of oneself as "ugly" is fairly typical of girls her age, especially when they have disorders. The only time she is called ugly by someone else in the series is by her brother or when she made an intentionally ugly face to camouflage herself from her classmates. When others have spoken to her, it's actually friendly. As for why she hasn't been approached by guys based on looks... Japanese men are notorious for not approaching women, and really I think we can say American men these days don't have them beaten by much. Present day society is a lot more closed. People socialize less and play with their phones more. Tomoko is an inevitable product of such a society. I love her no matter how she looks though. <3 |

| Both Tomoko and that boy are strange lonely people who deserved to date or be friends. That scene in the end where she cried after being locked in made me sad a bit. She sure led a lonely and a delusional life even in middle school( though she had friends). I hope season 2 will come in future, I will be holding my thumbs. 7/10. |

| The beginning of this episode triggered me because they kept talking about a second season and I want it so bad. Really funny episode, Tomoko looked unexpectedly hot when acting mysterious. Also, nice to finally see Komi-something in the anime. |
