Would mak sense... and would make me hate him even more xD There were already red flags to his character such as deliberately lying to Rin about not sensing other Masters but can perfectly count the rivets in the bridge in Miyama and save Rin against Ilya in the nick of time so yes, he never had the intention of helping them in the first place. Recklessly using Caladbolg and almost getting Saber and Shirou caught up in that massive explosion with the "intention" of killing Berserker and suspiciously smirking at his actions should have been a dead giveaway. If there's anything genuine in him, it's that he values Rin a lot. |

| Wow! Saber vs Beserker was epic! What a battle! Saber is one tough lady. She can hold off on her own very well. Even when she's not at her full power, she can still pack a punch. And woah! Archer, my dude. You can't be yeeting on berserker with that mini kamikaze like that. I know you trying to show off but at least give a warning. I can't believe that Shirou can notice Archer's yeet arrows while saving Saber. At least the rookie did something useful for once. |

| Rin personality feels so real to me. And both she and Archer are so mature. It's like they've been acquaintances for years. Saber calling the name "Shirou" sounds so sweet. I want me some Saber. :d Watched it couple of years ago and I forget most of it. But I remember Archer being so badass in this and needed to rewatch it. |

| This episode was epic! The fight scenes looked fantastic and I'm glad that we got to see Rin in action too. Dat attack from Archer and the smirk afterwards was just perfect. |

| That last attack by Archer was really epic,good to see him using his noble phantasm.Illya withdrew for now but I guess it wouldn't be for long enough. Shirou coughing up blood at the end just shows that he's barely managing all these things |

| *rin and shirou witnessing a battle between servants that is quite literally shaking the ground beneath them* rin: run away shirou shirou: NO ME GO TO BATTLE AND HELP YAY But what really sucks is how Ilya could have easily beat 2 masters and their servants right then and there; and yet she pulls berserker out of the fight because.... reasons. She sees that archer is a LITTLE stronger than she thought, and... yeah bye bye. We need to have more fights later, so it's time to go. Cya next time! Sigh. In fate zero, every fight meant something. Now here, while the sakuga has been cranked up a few levels, they're kind of just meant for spectacle. Which is totally fine, if that's all you're looking for. There's MORE fights here than in fate zero, they LOOK even better, and each one is longer. Heck this fight pretty much spanned the whole episode- it just doesn't really carry that much weight to it. I want the fights to MEAN something, you know? But that's just personal preference, just a nitpick. If all you're looking for is flashy fights with some cute and fun slice of life scenes on the side, well then, UBW was meant for you. For me, I really miss the richness of fate zero. |

| Ilya and Berserker are cute. Her behavior doesn't make sense to me though. Why did she order Berserker to follow Saber when she could have gone for Emiya and Rin? Why was she all of a sudden interested in Archer, even though he didn't do any damage to Berserker? I had to chuckle because Archer reminds me of a cat that has to climb the highest point in the vicinity. |
