Same. I don't get the appeal personally. I would assume is because she is so bad/pathetic she is "Good" to the people who actually like her or find her reactions/situation genuinely funny. Kinda like how Power was laughing her ass off at her crying and telling everyone her sob story.

So far neither of them is "best girl material".

Makima is basically the same character as Mami from Kanojo, Okarishimasu: a manipulative asshole, why everyone seems to actually like her so much is beyond me.
I mean as a character sure she's written fine (if a bit hollow) so far but as a person in the show she is the worst and nothing short of detestable.

Kobeni is whiny, annoying and maybe a crazy lunatic.
Don't get me wrong at the start of the episode I actually felt bad for her given her situation but as the episode progressed all the sympathy I had for her turned into annoyance.

Himeno was kind of an idiot in this episode (6) which is kind of sad since she seemed really interesting when she was introduced.

Power is kind of a dick so far but also sort of nice at times, so no feelings either way I don't hate her but also don't like her.
