| This whole episode just felt a little too late into the show's run and too melodramatic. Maybe early I could have worried about Nagisa quitting, but this late it doesn't really work. This is a constant problem I encounter with free; the show doesn't understand what stakes are believable to me. Back last season in episode 6 when they acted like they might kill or seriously injure one of their pretty boys I was rolling my eyes. |

| Good. Nagisa got character development. He hates studying and loves swimming. I would have liked that this episode had happened in the first season, but never mind. I didn't expect that Miho showed up. |

| Despite being focused on Nagisa, I really liked Rei in this episode. The way he cared so much about Nagisa was kind of sweet to see if you ask me. Overall, it wasn't as good as the previous episodes but it sure had its moments. |

| Nagisa thought that his swimming days were over, but his friends convinced him to explain things properly to his parents, and they've given him a chance, as long as his grades improve. |

| Haha Makoto is such a wimp sometimes in an endearing way. I enjoyed the focus on Nagisa, he's easily my fave character in this series, I can't stand him being sad. |
| This was a very good and emotional episode. Nagisa definitely deserves more screen time. I felt so sad for him, but fortunately Rei was able to bring him back. |
