Bro you’re totally not alone. I’ve rewatched part three like five million times, no cap. It’s my favorite and always will be. Nothing beats it for me! I almost never watch things even a second time so it goes to show how special it is. (At least to me :> )

It's the most iconic as it's the first one to have stands but that's why it's rough, stands were still a new concept and their abilities were not as unique as later parts and the fights were inconsistent, like some of my favorite fights in jojo are from part 3 but some of the worst fights are also from part 3. Plus the anime was really slow paced, even moreso than the manga which made it kind of boring at times.

Agreed. Stands felt somewhat fresh and the powers didn’t seem just absurd. Part 5 just got ridiculous and part 6 stands are just mid.

Part 4 and 3 aren’t without their issues. But they’re definitely the better of the JoJo to me.

Part 3 is also my favourite, but i get why people don't like certain aspects of it. The minor villains especially in the first half are not great (Hol Horse and D'Arby the Elder are the only amazing minor villains imo). Avdol is underused and his resurrection doesn't do much. You may not like how Joseph is treated compared to his trickstery self in Part 2. How much it matters to people is for them to decide. For me, Part 3 is an emotional rollercoaster. I laughed, i shed tears, i feared that these characters might just die. Those really are the best kinds of stories. Although Part 5 is pretty similar to 3 in this aspect and i would confidently say it's an objectively better story, Part 3 was just the most entertaining.

You're not alone, I also liked Part 3 more than the rest.

Part 4 is mostly ‘Slice of Life' themed which I generally don't prefer compared to ‘action', ‘adventure' and ‘suspense' genres.

I enjoyed part 3, but for me it was far too episodic. The only episodes I thought were REALLY good were the character introductions, the gambler, the blind dude, death 13, the falcon and everything after that. The rest was just alright for me.

Well if you’re looking at MAL score, then part 5 and part 4 are better, but usually the favourite is part 2. In my humble opinion, part 3 is the second worst part of Jojo (part 1 being the worst one).

I don’t think part 3 is the best part but it was certainly the most enjoyable part for me. In general, it was just really enjoyable and has a special place among my favorite anime.

Part 3 is by far my favorite. It was the most fun to watch and i love episodic type of animes. A close second would be part 4 tho. I haven’t finished the manga tho so idk what the other parts are like.

it used to be a pretty common take, but in recent times there do tend to be a lot of part 3 hate or "overrated" people. It's definitely not my fav but I still love it, and to this day I think it's one of the most fun and adventurous parts. I love how goofy, clever, and different every fight and location is arc to arc. Lots of people downplay it cuz its a little lacking storywise and it "drags on".

part 3 will forever remain the best jojo part so far. not in terms of plot as steel ball run> but in terms of enjoyability characters and plot was also incredible
