| Yeah, watching this after just reading Kizumonogatari (even though they're far apart in the timeline) seeing Shinobu acting like that is jarring as hell and seems totally out of character. Also, this episode was boring as fuck and pointless as fuck, even more so than that one with Tsukihi a couple of weeks ago. |
| This was kinda weird after reading Kizumonogatari (I plan to watch the movie very soon). Shinobu is still so funny to watch this episode though imo, especially their conversation about the dialogues. | Very good episode. Shinobu was so cute :3 next is Yotsugi's episode, and after that is Yozuru. I hope they give her an OP! It would be cool to hear her sing. Izuko is the last episode, would be great to give her an OP as well. |

| Like the episode obviously cause of Shinobu. Really surprised that she didn't eat all the donuts or at least sharing them in half. The fanservice from Hanekawa is rather strange i think. |

| Just can't get enough with Shinobu X3 she is so cute in this episode X3 another best episode to me! and as usual, hanekawa warp things up even though the case wasn't really intersting, but the fact that Shinobu was teaching Araragi about "Love" from finding the donuts, i think that is sweet X3 Hanekawa fanservice at the end. i almost forget that LOL. | This episode was truly remarkable citing Black Hanekawa from the Arc "Tsubasa Cat" Bakemonogatari, Regarding former Kiss-Shot or rather Shinobu still being in love with Araragi Koyomi. Hanekawa once again told Araragi and he is shown to somewhat get it though doesn't digest it fully. At this point and time Shinobu has become the Pikachu of the Monogatari Series, It's the mascot of the series though I miss her condescending attitude from time to time. As Nishio Ishin stated he wrote these 12 short stories on a whim, Personally given that the Japanese are more phone bound than computers and lack of streaming sites in JAPAN. Koyomimonogatari on the larger scheme was nothing more than bait to get and amass more people to download the app which I speculate will be used to deliver news on the future and I presume Owarimonogatari 2nd Cour and Zoku-Owarimonogatari news will first travel through that app. This is reinforced as Owarimonogatari took many by surprised regarding the series and accompanied with Kizumonogatari release, It only made sense to re-release a 2nd screening of Bakemonogatari alongside the App to build a larger audience and amass more momentum for the next two films that are Nekketsu-hen and Reiketu-hen. As I believe the next two films will gather more money than the first one. Personally speaking this show isn't for everyone. It's more understandable to Chaotic Thinkers rather than Ordered Thinkers on the way it's portrayed as it requires a lot of intuition. Ordered Thinkers want everything served on the mouth and are more likely to like Madoka Magica, Mushishi and in the lower strata Spice and Wolf over this series. As for myself this series will be a life time favorite. 5 / 5 |

| Absolutely the best episode so far. Shinobu being the sweet little donut that she is, subtly showing her love for the big donut. It's just amazing how their relationship have gotten this far and how much it developed considering how much of a stranger they were to each other during Kizu. Who knew that literally being inside someone would actually bring you closer to them? If it wasn't for Hanekawa pointing it out, Araragi would've never picked up on what Shinobu did. Damn it, I fucking love this series so much. |

| This episode has two sides. One is entertainment and the other is enlightenment. Masked under the guise of donuts is the truth about Araragi&Shinobu's relationship. It was not even about the secrecy and the negotiating at all. What Tsubasa revealed at the end was the most important of all. Even though Shinobu intentionally hid it metaphorically by hiding one donut within the other donut, it can never escape Tsubasa. She revealed that Shinobu&Araragi loves each other. I think that she was expecting that Araragi would consult Tsubasa after finding only three donuts instead of four. The words below says it all. "To put it another way, being completely selfless, even at the risk of one's life." .... "About Love." So it is contrary to what others tell that what Shinobu did shows that she loves Araragi alone. The fact of the matter is that, Shinobu showed Araragi what he has done for her. I think this is related to her question to Araragi in Kabuki wherein she also asked Araragi to tell that he loves her. Araragi is just too dense to notice it but his actions are very clear. Tsubasa really matured and have moved on to be able to handle telling Araragi what Shinobu was trying to tell him. |
