| I've seen shows with inconclusive deaths and the character comes back later on. This is as conclusive as it gets, not only was a big part of flesh and organs destroyed, but he lost a lot of blood too, only time travel could have saved him. |

| This was such an epic episode XD The date part was fun, Tohka's really quite cute huh. Though we still don't get an explanation of anything, like how the heck Shido survived or even how he knew that Origami's shot was coming, but it seems like kissing Tohka sorted everything out. So I wonder if she's still a Spirit now or if she's a regular human? Or did that just "release" her sword energy lol. Origami sure had it tough this episode though, thinking she killed Shido, then not to mention getting hit by Tohka over and over again >_< I was surprised she has a barrier thing of her own, I thought only Tohka had that. In any case of course Tohka join their school as a new student, and I guess it's onto a new character in the next episode :P New ED this episode too, I quite liked this one, but man the ED animations are super boring/simple aren't they D: |
| Nice date. Tohka has a black hole in her stomach. Too Bitchy totally messed up. The AST seems to be more of an enemy than Tohka. Fortunately for them, Shido managed to calm her down. And he sure got an eyeful. |

| Just realized the brief pre-OP intro change every ep. Quite a funny joke about Shido's wallet in this ep. Now, it's dating time Wow, she got a huge appetite, Tonomachi is a real bro here. He gave Shido 2 tickets for that expensive restaurant! Talking about appetite, good thing Shido told Tohka to stay away from the love hotel. Just in case Tohka's appetite gets... Out of control... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) This whole ep, Origami has been following their dates (just like the others monitoring them) but with a sense of hatred towards Tohka, might not even be the same Spirit to kill her parents! But in the end, in her mind, she fell just as low as Spirits is after 'killing' Shido. Oopsie. he's fucking immortal now so don't worry. A fun and adorable dating ep, ended with a sweet kiss... Amazing, followed up with a different ED about their relationship. |

| Watching this for the first time in 2024 to catch up to season 5. Was a little iffy at first from the first episode but feels like the show found it's stride here at episode 3. I'm glad our MC knows when to ignore the bad advice his 'team' is giving him and makes good decisions on his own. Will be continuing on |
