If I remember correctly, his natural weight is around ninety kilos, so every match he has to go down almost six weight classes. Now he has to go down five weight classes, which is still a lot.

He only has to lose the weight for the weigh-in. After that he can gain some of it back so he isn't completely kill like his match before Hawk's. But you can't completely pig out or you will end up like Itagaki and fuck up and lose.

Takamura previously fought Hawk (and Rally Bernard) at 154 pounds, he is moving up to 160 where he fought at before. He naturally walks at around 200 pounds.

I'm a high school wrestler and I have over 100 consecutive wins, I lose about 12 pounds every week for tournament, I don't eat the day before a match and for about two days prior, I cut my water intake to about 25% of what it usually is. My coach is a state ranked MMA fighter(Dave Morgan) and he loses 25-30 pounds for a match, he usually only has 2 a year though so for about 2 months before a match he eats clean.

Stop the sequels high-ranking stupidity.
Group franchises in Top Anime page.
Because Gintama is just "one" anime and not 5.

Entezio, pay attention. You ask some pretty simple questions that are already explained in the anime.
