| Ok so for the first time this season I think I understood an entire episode of DMDP 😂 focusing on Xiaoyu was a nice idea. Also seems like this episode is signalling a turning point in Corpse God’s approach. Instead of being super passive he’s going to go out and blaze a path forward for his friends |

| Yes this episode was easier to follow than previous ones as it primarily focused on the Corpse God and Xiaoyu, with brief appearances of other characters. Xiaoyu's new dragon arm looks badass and I'm curious to see how Corpse God will utilize him. |
| With the failure of Habaki's capture, Tsubaki and his people must be ever so careful. Even as the Corpse God and His Majesty have a short reunion as friends from the other side, he's pretty much harboured evil for him, the dirty work that was done by his friend who need not sully his hands. As Xiaoyu gets her prosthetics back stat, Sayo appreciates her for protecting her from the Shinoyama family...and Takumi's leg injury should suffice healing. Lisa's relationship with Habaki, working with Tozawa (who's working with Tsubaki) to uncover his exploits while his team of Comps-3 go the justice way and track Hosorogi down with all of the information he's got. Even to Lisa, both her and Tsubaki just want Hosorogi back safe and sound. Everyone is back, safe and sound as the Corpse God puts it, but Solitaire with the Fire Safety interrogating this guy who has an affiliation with the symbol, it's just luck that he managed to piece this information right. Of course, being the joker that he is, he plays with him. As for the Shinoyamas, Taipei having his entire bank account vanished to Xiaoyu is just sweet, on top of being targeted by the Agakuras. Of course, Xiaoyu would want his prosthetic arms and legs back, but the Corpse God wanting a fight with him...or rather, dual-headed tigers to test his resolve. The Corpse God sharing his secret with Xiaoyu, it's definitely for the better for peace, but for the sake of it, pushing back is the appropriate thing, and also giving him a dragon's arms to strike an alliance, that's just classic tactician strategy. The 2nd half kicks into gear the lot more... |
