Live action is announced.
I was hoping for season 3 on 10th anniversary.
What are your thoughts on this ?

The only live actions I remember is the death note and Saiki one and both sucked and made me laugh, not in a good way.

I Dont know i give the benefit of doubt but from my perspective are so many shows that can be adapted as live actions like library wars or blue wings. but they insist for make this kind, One Piece or Cowboy Bebop. and later they blame fans (like happen with Cowboy Bebop cast) when they dont understand the main source. and its not that One Punch men have a complicarte narrative. but many situation, jokes or action scenes work only in animated form. same as Komi cant communicate.
its not only the faces or the action its the whole elaboration and absurd that the context can be. that in live actions its hard to replicated

Sometimes for the exageration of the production or the actors instead of a live action seems like a parody.

I have yet to see a decent live action adaptation that’s even worth watching in fact I had a visceral reaction to this announcement, should be illegal.

I'm fine with a live action, given the facts that the Script is written by the writers of Venom, and the director has directed movies in the F&F series.

But I'm not sure this is the 10th anniversary big announcement. If it is, then I'm definitely disappointed

Give another season alredy. Most of the fans are not even intrested in the live action movie of OPM. If interested,i guess because of director and other staff or cast members.

Hopeful that it will be good. Erased and alice in borderland were good adaptions. fingers crossed they make this one right.

Hoping the director won’t just get Vin Diesel or the Rock as Saitama and just get some random actor to play him. If they can get that right, then maybe I’ll be interested.

well thinking about it it makes the most sense of any other adaptation as of late, opm is basically talking and character development from the side characters while Saitama has 1 major set piece that's very brief. it would easy on the budget and just needs a likable cast really but people that don't like the anime definitely won't watch the live action it will have the same faults.

It is a kind of anime that can't be overstepped by an action movie because of what animation gives to it. Where all silly comedy will come from? Will it be played by two actors where the first will be the silly and weak-looking one and the second will be jaked and incredibly cool and masculine? So we get the same vibes of the comedic inconstancy of the character. Or it'll be totally lame? Or completely cool without silliness? You can't do both in cinema: you are either a skinny weakling or muscular badass.
