| Guess I predicted right Tao wiped the floor with Goku and now hes gonna have to climb the tower if he has any hope of defeating him. Also I guess this is where the whole using the dragon balls to spam wish people back to life began =P. |

| And here I've just improved my opinion of this anime, thinking that not only they kill bad guys, but good ones too, occasionally. But it turned out to be even worse than before: they also resurrect them, which makes practically every death potentially fake one and therefore meaningless |

I mean, I don't really like it either but it is what it is. |

I was thinking that since Goku equates the Four-star ball with his grandpa, he's just reminiscing about his grandpa taking care of him the same way the Indian father was looking after his own son... If you're not sarcastic, then imo some people would think of it at once and some would take more time. Now that I think about it, it seems the obvious solution when you have this wish-granting device. |

| Despite being a little forced with both Tao Pai Pai not checking if Goku was alive, and with him needing his uniform to do business, they aren't horrible and feel like they might just fit his character as well and they work to start up the formula. I see that Tao Pai Pai is the one who does it, both a wish to bring someone back, and the cliche of not being strong enough to beat the baddie and having a limited time to get strong enough to do so. I enjoyed this and the last episode, this is a really nice switch up and it's really fresh for this anime at the moment, the inclusion of someone other than Roshi than can keep up with Goku nonetheless actually destroy him is really cool. Time to see what's at the top. I'd also like to mention that, yes Goku is a self centered little kid who runs on purely personal motivation for everything he does, lacking a sense of justice that so many heroes have, but I find him trying to revive Oopa's father makes sense. Goku liked Oopa and his father, they ate food together and such and probably even see's himself in Oopa to some extent. On top of that he hates Tao Pai Pai for being a jerk and beating him up, being affiliated with Red Ribbon who he hates so much and stealing his Dragon Balls. So it's two birds, get revenge on the bad guy Tao Pai Pai and help out a friend because he likes them. |

| This arc has only gone for like 3 episodes and it's already the best one so far. |
| Why was the storytelling so great this episode? Super fun to watch and greatly paced. Loved it |
