Both anime have a strong female lead, along with a male protagonist who has potential to be very powerful. In both series the male lead is romantically interested in their master and stops at nothing to ensure the safety of said master.

Both of these anime contain slap stick panty humor, not to mention the animation has an experimental side to them and they also happen to have a simular feel.

"Harem done right," would be the bottom line of both these shows. Both have girls who end up living under the same roof as the main protagonist. Lots of interesting characters who aren't annoying. The male leads aren't boring at all, and actually have a personality. Both seem comedies at first glance but instead, have a proper (albeit underlying ) main plot. If you enjoyed Kore wa Zombie desu ka then you are gonna love Rokujouma as well.

They're both comedies that make fun of an overused topic (card battles and zombies). And they both have a male character that is used in a female role.

Both have characters with supernatural abilities which are very similar to each other.

A guy's peaceful life being turned upside down when girls from a different world come to him. Seems to be only ecchi/comedy, but actually have a deeper meaning about friendship. Some action here and there. Neat animation. Personally liked Sora no Otoshimono more, though.

KonoSuba and KoreZombie share the following similarities: Protagonist who is revived, to become Adventurer / Zombie. Which acquires magical abilities. He also lives with the person who revived him, a Goddess / Necromancer, who treats him as a servant. Meet two more girls, the magician girl who always boasts of his genius but has errors and the girl who likes to be mistreated by the protagonist / likes to mistreat the protagonist. In addition the protagonist thinks that its life of adventurer / school has been ruined thanks to the presence of these girls. They give out the same feeling. They both have really good somewhat crazy humor moments, and touching moments, too, while the overall plot is poor and one can hardly speak about the whole anime story development. Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? and Angel Beats are similar in this: they're not your usual episodic anime and it seems like there's a story that progresses from one episode to another, but in reality it's only a ghost of the story that only takes place to move the anime on and to connect those funny and sad moments. And it'll be fair to say those moments are nice  read more

Harems with very likeable characters, fantastic humor, wonderful voice acting, and generous fanservice.
report Recommended by shigeru212
I was immediately reminded of Dokuro-chan. Both male characters get brutally beat up by innocent looking girls and tons of crazy and funny things happen :)

Both ecchi. Both are about zombies. HSOTD is WAY more ecchi and violent ~ both really good. ;3
report Recommended by kuragehime7
Both series involve around romantic comedy and the whole undead theme. Both male protagonists seems to have an indifferent attitude towards life but seems to later change through chance encounters with other various characters. Both series contains light hearted comedy and some fan-service to spice things up.

They are both based off of comedy however Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka has a much more responsible lead and more of a plot
report Recommended by Andyis
Similar comedy, characters and harem. Both take place at school, but KoreZombie has more scenes out there and also supernatural things.
report Recommended by Frezlaj
Characters who have special powers are living a normal life.

The main protagonist of Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? seem to have some ability of stealing/disable magic, that remind me of Toaru Majutsu no Index. And both are harem/action anime
report Recommended by darkquach
Very similar humour Similar characters and art style deals with supernatural/heaven/hell themes Male protagonist surrounded by girls I really enjoy both series as they can be very dark and serious when need be and also light and funny at all the right moments. There is also far more to the characters in both anime than first meets the eye

Zombieland Saga is the best zombie related comedy since Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka? Both are recommended if you ever thought you needed a zombie a comedy. Kore wa zombie desu ka is more on the shoen -y side while Zombieland Saga calls itself an idol show.

Although these two anime can be different in various of ways, overall, it is still a harem. The male lead finds himself surrounded with girls that loves him except for the fact that he doesn't know it himself and makes other girls jealous.
report Recommended by Aleron
Both Harem's featuring "otherworldly" heroines.
report Recommended by Longman
These two anime may not seem alike but they can relate. The male lead gets involved with supernatural things and meets a variety of girls who falls in love with him creating a harem. The male lead himself fantasizes stuff of the other female characters.
report Recommended by Aleron
Both involve a male character being threatened (or even killed) on a first date. Thereafter, these characters begin cohabiting with magical individuals and saving the world. Both male characters gain magical powers. Kore wa Zombie Desu ka is much, MUCH funnier though.
report Recommended by Sorghaghtani
Comedies with simple male protagonists surrounded by a variety of girls and similar moe female leads.
report Recommended by Souvan
Both protagonists are semi-perverse characters who through certain circumstances obtain fighting skills and are suddenly surrounded by attractive women. They have very similar humor styles, and do have action in it but really doesn't rely on the action portion as much as the comedy. Both have a quite a bit of fan service.
report Recommended by FordFocus96
non-pussy protagonist, interesting dynamic between characters, good plot, falling prey to single cour adaption, fan-service, and tons of haters :p
report Recommended by Malkuth
Both have a lazy male protagonists that want to live a normal life but get dragged into heap-loads of drama. Both are OP in their own way, and as far as I know, from when I post this (which is on episode 8), it seams that Strike the Blood is developing a harem. :)

Main Characters from both series are voiced by Majima Junji and play the role as "caretaker" for a group of girls who aren't human. Both have Comedy and Ecchi elements (although MonMusu focuses more on Ecchi than Kore wa). Both are fun to watch.

Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? and Zero no Tsukaima both take a male lead and force him into a crazy supernatural situation as he is forced to fight through life threatening battles and tsunderes. Each show has very compelling action moments as well as some very funny and or awkward situations which get them mislabelled and treated as perverts. Each show does a great job of taking an old concept and mocking it with great ranges of funny and enjoyable characters and concepts, though Zero no Tsukaima takes it self a little more seriously than Kore wa Zombie desu ka, Each anime is equally  read more

If you like ecchi, if you like gorgeous character designs, if you like comedy, then you would be well served to give these two shows a try. Both shows fall under the same genres of comedy, romance, school, harem, and ecchi. Also both shows manage to tastefully mix in light, mild, and entertaining drama. That being said, both shows always prioritize the comedy and ecchi. I enthusiastically recommend both shows.

this 2 shows are similar because Narumi wants an normal life but get drags into things for some reason like in shana how yuuji get drags into things while having an normal life their also both produced from j.c. staff similar graphics too. i think their similar if u dont :)

Funny protagonist who was given the possibility to start again after his death by the help of a weird powerful girl. One was brought to another world while the other became a zombie. He gets often humiliated and have to do his job with a group of dumbasses to help him.
report Recommended by MONOII
Both have Zombie's as main characters...who don't exactly look or act like "Zombies". There's no rotting flesh or groaning while walking slow, or eating those who are still living. Just your average, normal teenage Zombie who lives an exciting and hilarious less-than-normal life.

Harem complete with idiot man and abuser-of-idiot-man. The comic point of both shows mainly concern abusing of the lead male character. Harem with romance is all well and good but it is a paradox in itself. Romance involve relationship of one man and one girl, harem involve relationship of one man and many girls. Combination of such genre should be devastating, no? Nevermind, internet comments about psychology in anime always sound stupid anyway. Even if we dress like WTO officer and discuss it in 5 stars hotel lobby it will still sounds stupid. Lets just say both shows are alternative to the most fundamental harem like Love  read more

Seraphim and Momoyo are like the same person. Both shows have the same feel, which may be just because they're both comedy harems. For harems, both shows have fairly memorable women. I'd reccomend Kore wa Zombie Desu ka if you liked Majikoi and want something similar but more zany.

These 2 series aren't the same since Basquash involves ball (basketball) and the other is just randomness i guess... But! Both series has some "Boing" and the main character fantasies about a "little sister" saying something

A rather unusual harem featuring immortal MC (trait, that he will use a lot), girls with supernatural abilities and lots comedy.
report Recommended by Piromysl
Both are about magical boys and parody the magical girl genre. Both are absolutely hilarious, though KoreZom is more of an ecchi/harem and Binan is more appropriate and doesn't have any girl characters in sight.
report Recommended by youwatanabe
The main male characters are zombies. They are often killed and rises back from the dead to get... well, killed again.
report Recommended by WhatsNext
Pretty funny show with monster girls as MC and a Hero that used to be kind of a loner both after an unexpected turn of events he continues to get more monster girls in his life. Biggest difference is Jitsu wa Watashi wa is more a Rom-Com while Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka has more action in it.
report Recommended by moistpizza
Both shows have a zombie like entity which is immortal, fun & action packed with beautiful visuals. Furthermore, Ayumu and Andy are both weirdly unique personality wise whilst having hilarious moments that enhances the overall watching experience. Comedy is subjective after all, even though personally it feels like they're part of the same universe.

Both MC in these two animes was saved by a girl after getting killed. Both are fantasy anime that are enjoyable and awesome fight scenes. "Fate" is a serious series while "is this a zombie" is more on comedy. enjoy!

The reasoning behind this I feel is very obvious but let me educate you on why if you like Kill La Kill then you will like Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? One reason of this being the most apparent to me is the ecchi factor, both of the anime's contain ecchi and ecchi...and more ecchi, but its not a bad thing. A second reason being the outfit factor. When I first started watching Kill La Kill I really liked the fact that the people themselves did not have the power , but instead the clothes they wear do. Also both of them are very powerful without  read more

Both seem to have a protagonist with a similar personality, who seems to be bored, and therefore subconsciously involves himself into various situations. While clannad focuses more on the romance, and kore wa zombie desu ka on the action, both have a similar sense of humour, and quite a few tragic scenes too.

Hilarious moments, too many female characters.

I think similar because: -Both series are content supernatural -Both main chara are boy -Both main chara are always insulted by annoying female chara. In Tokyo Underground, Chelsea to Rumina. In KoreZom, Seraphim to Ayumu -Both heroine (Eucliwood & Ruri) are have great power of life. Bring dead people to come back to live or resurrection ability -Both heroine are have similar face and hair color

At first glance, there might not be much similarities but in fact, these two have quite a lot of in common: Both series contain ecchi as well as absurd comedy that is sometimes over exaggerated Both series contains strange female characters that are out of the ordinary Both have parodies with even one episode in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt involving the theme of zombies Both series will likely evoke the feeling of "wtf did I just watch?" and that should be quite common
report Recommended by Stark700
Both male main characters look kind of gloomy (i can say they look kind of similar) and there are girls around them who do crazy stuff, and because of that they do crazy stuff, too. Blood involved. Stories are actually VERYY different but i don't want to spoil :)
report Recommended by Lylaaz
Teams of powered girls with a male "lead" who is constantly heavily mistreated from them. Both have ecchi and gags, with ridicolous and weird but strong enemies. Inukami is more "classical", while Kore wa Zombie Desu ka is more chaotic and splatter.
report Recommended by Disillusion
Main character is boy who look not special (but he actually is special) and this boy has a big harem ^^

Both main characters have stolen "supernatural" powers from a stranger in a unintentionally way.

Both anime contain as much randomness. If you enjoy randomness as much as I do, I'd say Kyouran kazoku Nikki is a great choice. It's in my opinion more random than the zombie anime. At times you'll be like why did I enter the ride the cart that is Kyouran Kazoku Nikki, but at the end of the roller coaster ride I can assure you you're happy you took the ride.

There similarities were: 1. Both male leads were resurrected from the dead, except in PR the lead has to either drink the blood or be given the flame of life by the female lead (from the original anime). 2. Both female lead-and I'm referring to the one who revive the male lead, wore ridiculously looking outfits. Except in KZD, the female lead's outfit is more awkwardly ridiculous. 3. Both have genre as harem, Horror, supernatural, action and vampire except in PR there is an extra genre of sci-fi (referring to Flaundre) while in KZD the extra genre is comedy and school (for the lead male ). 4.Though  read more

For people who love chaos and to destroy their minds, these two are highly compatible. Both shows joke about magic girls with and have splatter trends, the old one is rougher, the recent one is more refined. The biggest difference is the presence of a male main characters in Kore wa Zombie Desu ka that is absent in Puni Puni Poemi.

Both about a physically resilient main character, dealing with various girls with somewhat typical anime personalities. Both anime don't really take themselves too seriously, and this makes them easy to watch, and very enjoyable, just don't expect a story that makes complete sense. Plenty of laughs to be had indeed...

Both shows are partially driven by compelling friendships and day-to day activities, almost like a slice-of-life anime. However both have ecchi, comedy and psychological elements fused with the aforementioned description, creating an unique experience.

The female lead, a kind girl with magical powers, has a male assistant that is a bit perverted, resulting in some hilarious delusions, daydreams and drooling.

Likeable characters, side-splitting slapstick comedy, and spectacular voice acting.

Both shows utilize slapstick humor and occasionally use alternative directing styles to make mundane things awesome, like a conversation about panties (Nourin) or a Jenga battle over the last cup of pudding (Korezom).

Both titles will cause the viewer starts to laugh. Although in Seitokai there is no form of supernatural abilities, it rely on a similar scheme [1 boy + a few girls]. It should be noted that Seitokai is based on more erotic attitude and does not appeal to everyone. The perfect anime to improvement humor!

In terms of plot they arn't really similar one being a adventure and the other sticking in one city Its main similarity is between Ren and Yuu. They are both unable to show emotion and rarely speak if at all.. ren because she doesnt understand and yuu because it affects the world when she does.

Similarly changes genre throughout, except as it isn't much of a comedy the serious scenes can be taken seriously... also, main characters are similarly supernatural, but they actually make slightly more sense than the title of a 'vampire ninja'. IMO Sola alternates between its genres more gracefully, though, whereas this is more haphazard.
