Kore wa Zombie desu ka?

Both have a male that loves to relax, loves peace, etc.
They live their life normally until one day a person comes and completely changes them (kore wa zombie desu ka being Eu) (Haiyore! Nyaruko-san being nyaruko) 

Both are really funny. Plus the similar plot.
The main difference I would say is that in kore wa zombie desu ka ayumu has powers unlike in Haiyore! Nyaruko-san mahiro doesn't have powers

It gives the same feeling. Both have supernatural elements and superpowers mixed with comedy. A normal life that starts to change completely. Whenever he meet someone, they gradually start living together in a same house.

If you're hoping over from Haiyore, check out Zombie for more eccentric action-packed comedy, but with a more mature sheen, grounded character focus, and space for drama. If you enjoyed Zombie's parodying and comedic aspects, check out Haiyore for an all-out, reference-brimming parody of action/romance.

At their hearts, the two series are comedies set against the backdrop of supernatural drama and action (in this case, featuring bloodlusting monsters and aliens/vampires/zombies/people with superpowers) that don't take themselves too seriously, allowing their comedic and parodical vibes to take center stage. The jokes are frequent, recurring, and poke fun at various genres. Running gags and idiosyncrasies rule the day. Our cast of characters (and even the monsters) might frequently be in a bit of a pickle, sure, but they've got the levity to crack punchlines and jokes and maybe even break the fourth wall from time to time for both their own good and for the audience's. If not, then they'll lend themselves to comedic situations. 

Both Haiyore and Zombie kick off in similar ways. The male protagonists, Ayumu Aikawa and Mahiro Yasaka, desire steady lives but are inadvertently thrust into the strange world of the supernatural and have to cooperate with a bizarre and unusual cast of oddballs (vampires, magical girls, aliens, etc.) to fend off evil monsters. In both series, these strange characters move in with the male protagonists and have various ulterior motives for being there. Haiyore's Nyaruko and Zombie's Haruna, who end up with Mahiro and Ayumu in this effort, are quite similar: they're self-confident, headstrong, flaunting, arrogant, bubbly, childish, and go about their days in carefree ways despite otherwise dire circumstances. They even wield chainsaws at some point. These character types are often polarizing with audiences, and many probably find them super annoying, but if you enjoyed one you might enjoy the other. Nyaruko is Haruna dialed up to an absolute extreme while Haruna is Nyaruko but with a bit less of a motormouth.

We get similar progression in the two series, starting out with eccentric fights against monsters with ample amounts of blood splatter. In Haiyore they're battling Lovecraftian creatures and in Zombie they're battling Megalos, and similarly only the MCs and others-in-the-know can really deal with these monsters and experience this strange realm of reality.

After kicking off with the rapidfire, monster-fighting action, both series let character interactions take the reigns. Zombie begins dabbling with character issues while Haiyore begins to grind its rom-com gears. Comparatively, Zombie plays out much more seriously (which, if you know Zombie, tells you how ridiculous Haiyore is): there /are/ character struggles, sufferings, and motivations that aren't played for laughs, and a more emotionally mature development of character bonds. It's willing to briefly apply the brakes on the comedy to make this happen. This contrasts with the much more on-the-nose parodying and more sitcom-esque humor in Haiyore, which in all of its endless jokes and references makes a continuous effort to clearly signal that it's a comedy: virtually everything — even if it might not look like it at first — is played for laughs. However, that same comedic and parodying aspect is still strong in Zombie.

The main protagonist of Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? seem to have some ability of stealing/disable magic, that remind me of Toaru Majutsu no Index. And both are harem/action anime

They both operate on the premise of being an action/drama, but have a lot of comedy moments thrown in (More in the case of Kore wa Zombie---). The main characters both end up with a harem, have some form of ability to absorb magic, and are both "average guys". The first female characters introduced in each series also have incredible magic powers, but are unable to use them unless the situation is dire. They also have some parallels in appearance.

Oh, and the fanservice quotient for both is through the roof.

Both Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? & Toaru Majutsu no Index is similar in a way that they are both set in an ordinary world where special powers exist. The main character in each of the series is abused for either who he is or for what he does but is dependable when the time calls and will always fight for what they think is right. The MC in both is also accompanied by someone who holds extreme power but in unable/refuses to for certain reasons and is constantly try to protect them. Along their journey continues they overcome problems and gain new allies in the process. read more

I'll admit this may seem like an odd recommendation, but if you look closely you'll see how similar they are. The main characters in both (Touma/Ayumu) are very unlucky but kind-hearted teenage boys who, upon meeting a mysterious girl with a distinct appearance and uncontrollable power, discover that there's much more to their world than they thought. They also attract the feelings of multiple girls in the series. In both cases, these include the aforementioned mysterious girl (Index/Eucliwood), a prideful, short-tempered brunette (Mikoto/Haruna) and a magical pony-tailed swordswoman who hides her true feelings from others (Kaori/Seraphim).

I really enjoy both series as they can be very dark and serious when need be and also light and funny at all the right moments. There is also far more to the characters in both anime than first meets the eye

Zombieland Saga is the best zombie related comedy since Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka? Both are recommended if you ever thought you needed a zombie a comedy. 

Kore wa zombie desu ka is more on the shoen -y side while  Zombieland Saga calls itself an idol show.

Although these two anime can be different in various of ways, overall, it is still a harem. The male lead finds himself surrounded with girls that loves him except for the fact that he doesn't know it himself and makes other girls jealous.

These two anime may not seem alike but they can relate. The male lead gets involved with supernatural things and meets a variety of girls who falls in love with him creating a harem. The male lead himself fantasizes stuff of the other female characters.

Both involve a male character being threatened (or even killed) on a first date. Thereafter, these characters begin cohabiting with magical individuals and saving the world. Both male characters gain magical powers. Kore wa Zombie Desu ka is much, MUCH funnier though.

Both protagonists are semi-perverse characters who through certain circumstances obtain fighting skills and are suddenly surrounded by attractive women. They have very similar humor styles, and do have action in it but really doesn't rely on the action portion as much as the comedy. Both have a quite a bit of fan service.

Both have a lazy male protagonists that want to live a normal life but get dragged into heap-loads of drama. Both are OP in their own way, and as far as I know, from when I post this (which is on episode 8), it seams that Strike the Blood is developing a harem. :)

Main Characters from both series are voiced by Majima Junji and play the role as "caretaker" for a group of girls who aren't human. 

Both have Comedy and Ecchi elements (although MonMusu focuses more on Ecchi than Kore wa). 

Both are fun to watch.

Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? and Zero no Tsukaima both take a male lead and force him into a crazy supernatural situation as he is forced to fight through life threatening battles and tsunderes. Each show has very compelling action moments as well as some very funny and or awkward situations which get them mislabelled and treated as perverts. Each show does a  great job of taking an old concept and mocking it with great ranges of funny and enjoyable characters and concepts, though Zero no Tsukaima takes it self a little more seriously than Kore wa Zombie desu ka, Each anime is equally a great watch

If you like ecchi, if you like gorgeous character designs, if you like comedy, then you would be well served to give these two shows a try.

Both shows fall under the same genres of comedy, romance, school, harem, and ecchi.

Also both shows manage to tastefully mix in light, mild, and entertaining drama. That being said, both shows always prioritize the comedy and ecchi.

I enthusiastically recommend both shows.

Funny protagonist who was given the possibility to start again after his death by the help of a weird powerful girl. One was brought to another world while the other became a zombie. 
He gets often humiliated and have to do his job with a group of dumbasses to help him.

There's no rotting flesh or groaning while walking slow, or eating those who are still living. 
Just your average, normal teenage Zombie who lives an exciting and hilarious less-than-normal life.

Harem complete with idiot man and abuser-of-idiot-man. The comic point of both shows mainly concern abusing of the lead male character.

Harem with romance is all well and good but it is a paradox in itself. Romance involve relationship of one man and one girl, harem involve relationship of one man and many girls. Combination of such genre should be devastating, no?

Nevermind, internet comments about psychology in anime always sound stupid anyway. Even if we dress like WTO officer and discuss it in 5 stars hotel lobby it will still sounds stupid. Lets just say both shows are alternative to the most fundamental harem like Love Hina, by offering overaction and surreal comedy (get punched into the air, hit by a truck, members of science club build a spaceship) that spice up the dastardly common harem genre.  read more

the main characters are quite the same when they realize the real world is  complete bore, ect, ect. and even one of the female leads do stuff to help the main male lead that even lead him to hate this life even a bit more.
